5/4/22- absolute terrible and rude staff. The MAN WITH THE BEARD who sits at the register, always throws in sauce packets in the bag rudely and whenever I would ask for other sauces, he does a huge sigh in front of your face as if you annoyed him! No professionalism and no manners.
Today (5/4/22), two women who worked in the kitchen making the food EXTREMELY RUDE. The woman who wears some type of FACE/HEAD ROBE COVERING needs to be FIRED ASAP. I walked in literally asking " Can i get a spicy deluxe?". And her immediate response to nonetheless a customer, was "Can't you see I'm busy right now? You don't even say hi or hello to me"
The other woman worker beside her had the nerve to talk about me, while I was right IN FRONT of the two women workers. Then when I just took the sandwich from her to go onto the register line, she tells me in a sassy tone "Your welcome".
So that is all three workers who were rude to me for absolutely no reason!

In case you've never been, Chick-fil-A is ok. This time I got a spicy chicken sandwich, but the spicy part is a bit weird, and too overpowering and you cannot taste the chicken. The nuggets are pretty good though, better than most other nuggets. Full pieces of chicken instead of chopped up and glued back together (like at McDonald's).
This place's waffle fries were a bit undercooked compared to usual. Still very edible.
Overall, the best thing I can say about the meal at this location was it was quick with easy parking and the food was fresh, which actually makes it better than some...
Read moreThis is a good place to go because the food is a la carte. You just grab what you want and pay for it. It's kind of tucked away, a mere half block from Arch st on Drexel University campus but once you've been there once it's not hard to spot again. The food is made fresh and piping hot. Every cashier I have encountered have been very nice and helpful. The people behind the food will even make you a special order for any allergies and such. It can get crowded sometimes depending on when you go due to the flux of Drexel students so just practice some patience. It's not always like that, it just depends...
