This place used to b clean n excellent customer service. N great wait staff... used to come every Saturday with girlfriends for lunch n we would have our waiter. We were his regulars. He was very nice n respectful. N from the 1st time we went there he was very attentive n service n food was great. i DON'T know what happen but we went back there after a few months.. n we were never ask to b seated instead girls were on their cell phones n chatting among themselves. The just stopped n looked at us n gave us the up n down n then continued to chat amongs themselves again. We ask if we can b seated they told us we would have to wait they were very busy.. there was ONLY 2 tables one on the left n one on the right side.. the place was practically empty oh just 4 guys at the bar... we waited about 15 to 20 mins. Then a kitchen staff worker came out n seated us.. n he said ill have a waitress come to ur table in a moment. Well another 10 mins passed.. she FINALLY came n took our order. We just ask for water n salsa n chips n just 6 mini Appetizers. N 4 of the 2 for 20 meals.. well it was over 40 mins. No water, NO salsa n chips n we recieve old n cold appetizers. Look like the nights b4 left overs.. n when we asked her about our order n our water. She said oh do u want that NOW??? I said NO, i just put my order in for next Christmas... well we received food that was cold again but it had hair in every plate. As if someone brused their hair n took it off the brush. N wrapped our food with it... it was disgusting. I refused to eat it n called for the waitress n when she came i showed her our food n all she did was laugh n ask me.. so u dont want this..i said r u kidding me.. n i said im NOT paying for this n took pictures n video of our food n resturant n staff showing how it was being handled.. i left n refused to ever go back again... Found out that our waiter was let go n so was a few other staff that was there for years..this place has turned ghetto n very dirty n staff is very lazy... they need a health code inspection ... im glad i took my pictures n videos... thinking about contacting a lawyer... this place has gone down hill... its really ashame... If people dont want to work give the job to someone who needs a job. N...
Read moreOkayyy so, I stopped pass this chili’s bc I was craving a chili’s signature El Niño margarita. I entered early and everything was open promptly and on time, bathrooms were super clean...but to my reality it’s still covid going on...I wasn’t allowed to sit at the bar areA...only because of philly’s capacity rules and COVID 19 regulations going on. This policy had nothing to do with chili’s rules/regulations honestly I think county by county we are all just trying to figure it out as I travel pretty frequently so there’s different rules and stipulations wherever I go, and I’m cool with that. Let’s get down to to get down, okay, so, I had a coupon sent to my email from chili’s that said free queso with adult entree, I wanted white spinach queso as the picture showed but unbeknownst to me the coupon did not approve of white spinach queso only the skillet queso or chips and salsa....inwhich the chili’s organization really to fix the way they advertise that deal ...so all In all I ended up getting what I wanted verses what the coupon allowed I had white spinach queso with guac that was delicious and my server name was Matt. Matt was courtes, polite, well mannered, and attentive and made sure my drink was made correctly and my food was hot and fresh, he even had a pretty cool hoast of conversations with me ranging from sports to covid to healthcare. I want to say thank you Matt for making my experience at this chili’s location , it was well worth my voyage home. I recognized the manager from the chili’s location on city Ave and he was very nice and appeared to have a true passion for the food industry that he has been in for almost 2 decades! I was shocked to see him at this location, but I haven’t been to chili’s franchise in a minute and I haven’t been to this particular chili’s in over 2 years so it was great to see a warm face that I recognized, this was my first time being able to chat with him and he seem like a pretty fair, honest and noble man and he knows and appreciates his customers. I truly appreciate the staff at this location, the cook, the hostess, the manager, the bar tender ...you all have made my experience a great one....if i’m ever in the area again I will be sure to stop back in!...
Read moreI ordered for take out. $48 after tip. Mimi was great. When she placed my wings order she shouted out loud to the people who warm up the food chilis serves “on the 8 piece keep them dry” they responded in the affirmative. When I finally received my order it was an hour later after being told 20 min. I reached home less than a quarter mile away in a car - my fries were light tan and room temperature and chewy like a soft pretzel My 8 wings - four sauced with a garlic parm concoction that tasted like warmed Caesar dressing. Disgusting! Thats why I asked them to be dry. The other four you ask? They looked and tasted like they were fried last Tuesday, kept in the fridge and sat petrified under a shower of warmed bbq sauce to hopefully mask the recycles wings. The meat was hard, tough and dark at the bone like not fresh chicken is?? You know? We’ve all reheated chicken after initially cooked - yea that. $14 for two of the most disgusting garlic parm wings eeeeever - the rest were inedible! I asked for ranch dressing. If I can amend this post, I will include an example of the thin, white speckled sauce- if my husband hasn’t emptied the garbage yet. It was a little thicker than milk. My husband had half slab of ribs two chicken fingers and half brisket quesadilla - that was smushed, and gushing inside out under the ribs. Oh my! The pitiful piece of Texas toast. SMH. I really should’ve gone somewhere else. This is my third horrible experience with this location. They say the third time is the charm and I am OUT! The waitstaff is wonderful. Friendly...
