Crown Chicken & Grill (Premium) — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Asked for a regular chicken sandwich and the cashier didn't seem to understand. He asked me multiple times "Spicy?" at which point I repeated to him, "Regular, not spicy" as he would only reply with "spicy chicken." I also asked for a drink, paid for a drink, but wasn't given a drink. When I asked for at least a cup of water, he replied with "we don't do that here." On top of that, it took so long that it seemed that they had to go out back to slaughter the chicken to make the sandwich! Almost immediately after leaving, my wallet was stolen as someone was trying to use my credit card to buy $400 worth of shoes at a foot locker a few blocks up north. The only thing that made the experience worthwhile was being able to witness the spectacle which was an overweight woman who (I assume) was denied access to the restaurants bathroom, so she popped a squat next to the entryway and relieved herself in view of god and all his creation.

we've been regularly ordering a couple times a week since we've moved to the area bc this place is open late. their chicken over rice platter is what i usually go for and 9/10 times its GREAT. cheese burger isnt worth ordering because the patty is thin so every bite is mostly bread. mac and cheese is bland and flavorless. chicken cheesesteak and cheesesteak are inedible. do not recommend. ive ordered a fish hoagie 3 times from here and each time, it is was wildly different. first time i got it, it looked like the picture displayed on the menu and it was really good. the second time, it came with ketchup and french fries? weird. and then tonight is the third time i ordered it and it came with ketchup. went back to have it fixed and the guy at the counter acted annoyed and...

The man running the cash register (featured in the video in another review) is a misogynistic egotistical jerk!! Came in here late asking for chicken tenders. He hesitated, cocked his head to the side, then responded,"Yes, we have those," after crossing something out on a list next to the cash register.

Long story short, I was so sick for two days, I had to go to the ER on NEW YEARS DAY for GASTRITIS.

This man knew that meat had been prepared out all day, and gave no regard to the health and safety of his customer.

Would not recommend this to ANYONE who walks down Broad Street. This place is run by dirty clowns who care more about money than making sure people don't get sick...
