Tom and his team are true professionals. I had water damage in multiple places through out the home. After the inspection, Tom drew up a clear quote for me. Once the work began, his team was extremely responsive and communicative - sharing photos and updates along the way. Tom took responsibility for any issues along the way and even sent someone at 8:30 pm to my house to explore the source of a leak that surfaced mid-project.
