I love the whole concept of this restaurant and I’m glad it’s doing well. 31 locations from what I understand. For us, though It fell short on a few things. I guess we’re spoiled by independent owners who put a lot of love into what they do. And this is my first time there so maybe it I went on a off day. I had ordered a bowl with herb Farro, which tasted very good, the Romanesco green bean salad, which I thought was ok, but maybe a little bit undercooked and tomatoes and cucumber salad was very good. the fresh sauces garlic aïoli, pesto and the Sriracha We’re all very freshly done. For the protein, I had crispy tofu this tofu was very rubbery, It had pretty good flavor, I had to tear it into small pieces to be able to chew on it. The Romesco bean salad, which I thought had pretty good flavor like I said I thought it was a little bit undercooked, and it was a little bit underwhelming for the fact that there was very little put in the bowl so I got a few pieces of green beans a few pieces of broccoli, rabe and one piece of roasted pepper same goes for the cucumber salad very meager portion, even though it tasted good. the herb farro was good, and of course, that was the biggest portion, we ordered a bowl with cashew kale, Caesar crispy, tofu, brown rice, marinated cannellini beans, the KL Caesar did not taste like cashew Caesar at all lacking flavor completely. I don’t know if there was supposed to be dressing on it or not, it tasted like kale and cabbage that’s about it. The marinated cannellini beans were very tasty., the tofu was supposed to be crispy, again this was rubbery for sides, we had the charred carrots, very good flavor, as well as a side of sweet potatoes. They were very good also., for us, the blandness, texture on certain items and portion size are things that I think could be done better I am not sure of what a serving size is supposed to be, so for the small bowls and the side of carrots and sweet potato for nearly $40 I think this is greatly lacking value for the average person. This is my personal opinion. A little side note a few tables were messy with stains from previous meals. This place was currently...

I have been eating at this restaurant for more than 2 years. Have spent hundreds $$ . What I have observed is that they are continuously trying to punish customers for being loyal. They are increasing price of food while continuously decreasing portions. Foods that were $10 are now $14 in 2 years. They don't have standards. Their portions vary because each employee believes his/hers scoop is the right size. Use a scale for gods sake! Employees are rude. Some are even scary. Employees eat and drink around where they prepare customers' food. That's actually public health Hazard. You shouldn't be drinking or eating in the kitchen. Sometimes they put food on the ball and then return some of it back to the kitchen because they accidentally over scooped. This is unprofessional and sloppy. The quality of the food itself has been declining. They put the extra sources in small containers in side the food. Don't mix non-edible things with food. It's like putting a bottle of coke inside a pasta plate. It's unsanitary. For this reason, I am taking my business elsewhere. You have tried your best to tell me that I have been foolish...

So this is my first time leaving a google review and unfortunately it’s not to rave about amazing food. I have ordered from here many times before and it’s always been pretty good but today was just really terrible. There was a discount for ordering 15 dollars or more on DoorDash so I decided to add avocado because with the discount it would basically come out to the same price as if I didn’t order it. The picture shows the avocado from the bowl which was kind of crazy to see. This avocado is rotten. Very obviously so. I would cut into an avocado like this and throw it away so I’m not sure how they felt comfortable feeding this to someone else. If this was the last avocado you had, cool. No problem. Take the avocado off my order and refund the money. But they still put it in which I feel is kind of disrespectful. I also have never ordered a bowl with this little food in it before. I don’t know what was...

Went here for lunch and got the spicy meatball. I've seen some of the other reviews, so I'll say this - DIG IS A *PLANT FORWARD* RESTAURANT. If you want a meat forward place, you can get a cheesesteak, a friend chicken sandwich, or a halal gyro. The vegetables are roasted, season, and packed with flavor. My bowl had delicious roasted carrots, fragrant (and nut-free!) pesto, and spiced cauliflower that perfectly complimented the 3 meatballs & brown rice. If you're mad that tasty and nutritious "a bowl of vegetables" cost you $12, feel free to cook at home.
