Horrible, slow service. Flowers are average. Would not recommend at all.

When I went in, the lady was on the phone taking down an order. She put down the phone for a moment to check on something, and even though I had been standing in front of her counter for 5 minutes, she did not even take a second to acknowledge that I was there.

After she finished, I told her what I needed, and she wrapped up the flowers. I thought I would just pay and leave, but of course it is not that easy with this place.

A small group of people came in after I did, and a man was helping them. The lady who was helping me and had wrapped up my flowers told the man that she would take over the small group's order from there. I thought she meant that she would help them, so the man could ring me up. Nope, not at all.

She left my wrapped up flowers on the counter and just left to help the other group, helping them pick out flowers and choose colors (while the man was just sitting at his desk to the side). After 5 minutes, she finally came back to the counter...to ring up the other group's order.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. I ordered flowers for a friend’s grandmother’s funeral services. Because this business is absolutely horrific, I received no notification as to what happened with the flowers. I called and spoke to the manager who was incredibly rude and disrespectful - she says that they cancelled the order and sent an email. I had checked my email previously and their server must be trash because the correspondence had gone to my junk folder. I asked why I didn’t receive a call and she said because I’m located in California. That’s a piss poor excuse and terrible customer service. Maria and Michael are two of the finest persons I know. When I was at Penn Med, I relied on them frequently for helping me say Thank You or Congratulations! to a friend or co-worker. Over the years we developed a friendship based on mutual respect and regard. Now, many years after I retired and moved to CA, I called them to arrange a last-minute delivery for a friend of mine at UP. I was so happy and relieved to recognize Maria's voice on the phone, and thrilled when she recognized mine! (And of course she made certain my friend received a "gorgeous" bouquet right on time.)
