Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I got there .e and my wife, my son, order thin crispy with chicken and bill paper, while we waiting, we noticed that no one wearing gloves! One of them straight from phone to pack pizza!, a delivery guy enter the store straight to the freezer get a bag of spanich and a bag of meat he opened the bag of meat in the sink with no gloves, and then he opened the bag of spanich get his hand in get some and put them in his mouth, dropping some leaves from his mouth into the bag! I adreesed that to the manger I guess! Who was on the register. Tasted that he washed his hand and we don't wear gloves here! An other lady who was in the back came said that he washed his hand, I said okay but he can not it with his hand from the bag wich is destined to the pizza then to the customer, the guy was cursing at us on a front of the kids, When I told him that I'm on report that to the health department he left then came back and said sorry! That was a terrible experience nasty store, very bad customer service even tho I tipped, just by faith, me us a manger of a store I'm very tough on hygiene, I will never back to Domino's pizza any more since everyone there agreed that's is normal none is wearing gloves or hair net. It was only the lady who works in the back was nice and feel like she understand what we complaining about, When we get ho.e we open the pizza it was no chicken on it, even it's say in the recipes with chicken, Bad...

Placed an order through the dominoes app for the buffalo chicken sandwich, cinnamon bread twists, and a sprite. About 30-40 minutes went by and I noticed that the app said our order was delivered. Mind you we never got a call from the driver saying they were here and they did not knock or come up to the door. When we went to the door, we see the delivery driver pulling off from a couple houses down. It’s pouring down raining and we are getting ready to call dominoes and noticed our order is on a neighbor’s porch on the ground in the rain. Called the store spoke with management and expressed our frustration, especially being as though we tipped the driver. They agreed to resent the same order in 40 minutes. The order did come, but when we opened the box for the sandwich it was something completely different. Look like chicken bites with cheese and bacon or something. Regardless it was not what was ordered. Please see photo attached. This stuff doesn’t even look edible. Cheese looks burnt and chicken looks dry. I wouldn’t even give it to my dogs. We order from this location frequently and even have points where we can order free pizza or something. At this point, it’s just going to be a loss. Your supposed to give people a time when your supposed to be arriving ok that right there is unprofessional. Two I asked could he wait my mother dose not drive n the bank is a little far he didn't even wanna wait to begin with then 5/10mims later gonna ask me how much long with an aditude so I told him I didn't know shouldnt be that much longer n caught aditude back .. he took off with my food then the dude who awnsered the phone call I snapped on cause he told me it's been 30 when it's only been 25 ok then told me he's cancelled my order because I'm snapping n that I ain't getting nothing ... How unprofessional and for the record you should have more then one driver to begin with I understand you have ppl waiting for their orders but to do this to a pregnant women after they asked nicely to wait a then catch aditude that's unprofessional none of the other places I ever order from gave me such a problem you lost all business with me that's for sure ! .. if I want pizza I waddle to a pizza place with good food thanks .. someone that lives in greays ferry to by the way ... And should of gave us a time when you would be arriving period that's your mistake right...
