So I ordered bruschetta and it was a mess it wasn’t even on the right bread let alone the bread was soggy and I had bruschetta and that wasn’t it and my wife ordered a Philly super steak sandwich and her fries were soft and tasted old let alone they didn’t even put the bacon that she asked for on it and my Stromboli was super soggy right now it’s in the over getting crispy at home Then I paid for marinara sauce and didn’t even get it reminding you it’s snow outside it’s cold and it’s wet and I walk to go get my order just for it to not be worth it , and I paid over 30.00 dollars , but the good thing was my Stromboli was still full of flavor Despite the circumstances

I ordered a lunch special which was supposed to be for 6.95, got charged full price for a lunch special, then I asked for a strawberry cheesecake and got a cherry cheesecake instead, had to take a benadryl cause of it,. When I called them they said I will credit it to my next bill. I'm not calling them again they need to be lucky I don't sue them. Check your food from them ,they will sell you anything for a dollar. That is cherries not strawberries. They don't even sell cherry cheesecake.

I ordered from this place hoping for a nice meal like I’ve ordered here in the past. However, this was not the case. The broccoli bites were burnt and had a strange taste, the pizza I ordered was beyond soggy to the point that I couldn’t even hold a slice. I gave this place 3 stars being generous. The best part of this order must’ve been the ginger ale…

I have been ordering from Don Giovanni for over 6 years now. I used to order from montesini and also best in town. I would say Don Giovanni and montesini are pretty much neck and neck but I now prefer Don giovanni. As far as fresh ingredients go Don Giovanni is hands down the best pizza. The sauce is nice and light, it is not weighed down by heavy spices like oregano. The tomatoes are very fresh and it has a slightly sweet taste to it, but nothing overwhelming. The cheese that they use is not overly greasy, you can tell they spend a little more for the better cheese. If you like Sicilian pizza you will really enjoy their pizza. It is one of the best that I have had outside of Jersey and the Lehigh valley. They go a little heavy on the cheese but you will hardly notice because the cheese is such high quality. Their appetizers are wonderful. The wingdings are medium sized and always cooked thoroughly and crispy. They are not the biggest wing dings but they have a beautiful breading and just enough meat for a wonderful ratio. The other thing that I really like from the appetizers is the fries with bacon and cheese. They always come out super crispy. They use straight cut fries. They are not too big or small, medium size. The thing I like about them is they always use fresh grease when they cook them and they always ensure they are cooked all the way through. The upside down pizza at Don Giovanni's is very good as well. I do prefer Ernie's paisano, but Ernie's paesano is made with provolone. This one is still made with mozzarella. As far as bang for your buck Don Giovanni's is awesome! Very fresh ingredients and they do not skimp on anything. If you're looking for a great family Pizzeria that's not going to kill your pocket and is going to come through consistently every time you should give Don Giovanni's a try. I do see some negative reviews on here but I have never had an issue in 6 years. I guess things can happen, but nothing has happened for me in 6 years. And if it did I would call them up directly and I know they would handle it. The last thing I like about them is their delivery speed and friendliness. They always deliver rather fast, we usually order on a Friday and wait no more than 35 minutes no matter what time we order. That's about it, if you live in the Northeast and you haven't tried these guys out yet they are definitely...

First of all, the food was fine. Eating in their restaurant was an experience. When seated, place mats (thankfully) were placed on a table that had not been cleaned. This was also noticed when other patrons left. All crumbs, straw paper bits, and fingerprints were left on tables and none were wiped. Since we were not given menus, we had to go find them ourselves. Waitress asked what we wanted to drink. I asked for a glass of water and she said they only had bottled. Not a problem, I probably would not drink it all. My companion asked for tea. After waiting for a very long time, I went to front counter to ask if we order there. No, I suppose she forgot we were there. Then she said she could give me tap water if I wanted, with or without ice. That was very nice, but I thought that was what I had already asked for. The water came in a timely fashion. We ordered a stromboli, and a calzone. I am sure they make them special, but it did take a good long time. During that time, the hot tea finally came. When food was served, both looked the same. Strange, but we don't care. I asked for utensils and she asked me if I wanted the sauce that comes with it to dip into. At least I finally picked up my calzone, because that, of course, also took awhile to come. As I said, the food was fine, but the menus served in the restaurant portion need to be updated to the current menu. My calzone contained something not listed on the restaurant menu. I happen to like the topping, so that was fine. After taking a take-out menu, I did see it listed as served in my calzone. Someone else may not like or expect it in their calzone. No, we will not be eating here again. Some day, perhaps, I will try take out. This was our fist visit since new management took over...

It was a crazy Mother's day yesterday where every major restaurant was exceptionally busy to the point that you couldn't even order a take out within a reasonable time frame to pick up.

After our last issue with Rising Sun Pizza who refused to correct a sandwich made in correctly and only offered a refund of $1 for the product our family wanted to look for another place to solicit our business with. We were longtime customers and Rising Sun Pizza of over 20 years.

We decided to try Don Giovanni's as we are told by my son that their burgers are very good. We ordered multiple pizzas multiple sandwiches and multiple side items. We did a pick up that was ready in 30 minutes as they stated. When we arrived home we found that the bacon Cheesesteak that was ordered was not made at all and instead a bacon cheeseburger was in our bag.

When I called Don Giovanni's and realize that the mistake was on there end their response was to get my address remake food that was not made at all deliver it to our house and let us keep the extra bacon cheeseburger that was inadvertently made. I have really handed over a $10 tip to the driver for bringing out food that was not ordered originally me and my house

Everything that we ate was warm delicious and the customer service was beyond what I was expecting.

We will continue to order from Don Giovanni's as a result and say goodbye to Rising Sun Pizza due to their poor response on how to handle an issue that was their fault to begin with.

Mucho kudos to Don Giovanni for our experience. It made Mother's Day a more than fitting end to a very pleasant afternoon to have a delicious meal and great...
