Sergio’s Restaurant and Burger Philadelphia — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I've been to several similar restaurants in this area, and they do not compare to Sergio's, in terms of value, taste, and fulfilling meals. We always laugh when the pitcher of a smoothie comes out, or when someone orders a burger, and it's huge and has a knife in it. Sergio's is my benchmark for this kind of food (burgers and steak platters). Get a burger meal from here instead of a fast food chain. It's so much better! Get the platters if you are very hungry, because it's a ton of food.

**Update Oct 2025, I've tried more restaurants in the area, and Sergio's is still better. Other restaurants near here, whatever country they claim are from, will NOT give you a more filling meal like Sergio's. What I'm saying is, if you are hungry, go to Sergio's. After a while, you get tired of tiny portions at other places because it's "unique"...

My experience here was OK. The only reason I came here is because I looked at the reviews and pictures You can tell they staged it themselves. Being though it was my first time I had order the family special to go. The price online is way different than the price inside So keep that in mind I had order there family special which a nice decent mount of Steak But it did had a lot of fat as well. Beans came in a large container like the ones you carry soup in. My beans are way better. I do not know what that sand grain food is for but it wasn't bad. White rice you can never go wrong I only received one circle metal tray might want to add another it wasn't enough. A little pricey over price whatever I get it. Prices are up but why is the amount Of serving still the same and that's everywhere you go well almost everywhere. Would I come back...

I’ve been going to this place for over 2 years, I’ve never had a problem. Today I had the worse experience ever! To start from the server, it was my boyfriend’s birthday and he wanted to ordered a juice. The server said that they didn’t have the juice today but she could do a smoothie. He asked why and she ignored the questioned and left. NO COMMENTS TO THAT! The smoothie came out and tasted HORRIBLE!!! We ordered an açaí to go. It was supposed to be the “complete” with strawberry, banana, condensed milk, granola. I just got home and opened the açaí. Look at the picture!!! Totally a different order! I’m truly disappointed!!!
