Dos Latinos Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

no and double no, ordered by slice which was garbage. their estimate was 30 minutes off. and no, its not the apps fault, these spanish places pay locals to deliver not an app driver picking the job, I've sat in good places for a takeout order and there were half dozen drivers on repeat. the driver didn't speak English, the food wasn't packed..in fact it was ice cold. the driver had to dig in the back seat, the glove compartment, I was waiting for them to open the trunk. wonderfully organization...I order 2 cans of coke and there was a post it note of qty 2...on a can of ginger ale. the driver didn't even have 2 ginger ale cans. pizza in passenger seat, app in the back seat. last week's order rolled under a seat. initially, the driver pulled out their translation app to explain it wasn't her fault but then the app went away and she point at the receipt only speaking Spanish. the receipt matched my order she suddenly went no Ingles or attempt to.use google. no idea what she was saying at that time.

the upside was.. NOTHING. the pizza was cold(winter), the appetizer was cold..and the batter loomed nasty. there were some black/Grey spots that were not seasoning like parsley or oregano.

do not even bother with this place. order Gaby's that is across.the street, or just order Mexican food from the truck on the same block. place is garbage. you've been warned, only a narcotic fueled hungry would find this food tasty. the cold pizza had burned spots that basically taste like burnt food (onion, pepper, sauce, or cheese residue). so they DO NOT CLEAN! i dont usually mention other businesses in reviews but ive ordered takeout and pickup on this street and pizza place is awful even for a first experience, no repeat..I'll eat stale fruit at 3 AM rather then order a pizza from here when I come home with the drunchies... I'll buy a store brand frozen pizza to keep in case of emergency. way overpriced for what you get and I ordered the most basic of all food from a pizza place..a regular cheese, medium2nd from the smallest size pie and mozzarella sticks and it was almost 30 dollars with prepaid tip. choled down 2 slices and 2 mozz sticks, then straight to the trash. I wouldn't even feed raccoons...

I just had a bad enough experience to write my first review of a place. To start, our order was wrong on two of the items. We ordered a chocolate cake as a side and they placed a cheese cake to replace it because they ran out, which is totally understandable but when I called to resolve this issue, that's when it got messy. The man I spoke with was very short and rude. I told him about the burger and he insisted I was wrong about when it was staring at me in the face. Then for some reason they just decided to not call us (order was through GrubHub) to tell us they ran out. I would have been totally fine if the man wasn't so arrogant and rude. Never ordering from this...

Worst place anywhere to order from. Several times I ordered it’s always the same thing. You call back after an hour because your food hasn’t arrived. The rude girl who answers the phone and never pays attention always gives you the same response……”your order just left.” Only to have you call back again and be told the same thing. They forget your order, then try to slap it together all the while lying to you two hours later that your food is coming. Worst customer service ever. I’ll never order here again. Word to the wise…..order somewhere else if you plan on getting your order in under two hours. There are plenty of pizza and steak joints in...
