Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Giving one star because you can’t rate less. Today while in the drive thru someone hit reverse and hit me. While I was calling the cops two of the employees, an Indian lady and an Asian young man came out not asking how anyone was But for me to move my car. When I said I can’t move my car until the cops come they both started going back and forth with me. Minding that no one complain but just went by as there was enough space to go to the drive thru. Few minutes later the Indian lady comes out again to argue with me again while I was trying to explain to her calmly what the cops said. The lady then disrespected me calling me stupid among other things. After the police arrived I went inside to speak to the lady about her unprofessionalism, disrespectful and lack of empathy and said I would report her to her superior. Normally I go there and the service is very nice. I ordered a Dunkin Frozen Iced Coffee and it was sour. I went back and told the cashier who brought over the manager. I again repeated that this has a sour taste. They tried to brush me off like I didn't know what it was suppose to taste like. I've had it before so I know its suppose to taste like an iced coffee but frozen. The manager gives me an attitude and makes me a new one, it taste sour as well. Ran in here cause I was told @ drive thru , I had to come inside to buy gift cards.. So, I went in, and bought 2 gift cards for my sons birthday today.. I got a med decaf hazelnut coffee too. The coffee was good, but its made with regular decaf coffee. Then, they add shots of hazelnut flavored additive to the coffee. Im SO used to getting my Wawa coffees. Hot or iced. Its fresh brewed hazelnut bean coffee. And you add their brand hazelnut creamer to it, to really get a delicious cup of quality brewed coffee.. Much better taste than Dunkin in...
