Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Today 11/29 Glenda and Gabe were leading the Dunkin’ Donuts and when I asked for my hashbrowns to be well done, she gave me an attitude and told me that she made it well done and she has other peoples orders to take care of. She stated if I knew how to cook I wouldn’t be there buying food lol

You really should get better management because Gabe tried to keep my money and not service me while Glenda tried to tell me that I could come back there and make my own food if I had a problem with the way that she made it

Thank God for the customer that was there every day that was to jump in and defend me when Glenda attempted to throw stuff at me from behind the counter, and the manager Gabe tried to refuse to give me my money back because I paid with the app and he said there was no way for him to put the money back on the app .

This is extreme unprofessional, and it used to be really really great!

If a customer orders their sandwich toasted and you don’t toast it do you then tell them that they should know how to cook then they wouldn’t need the store to toast the breakfast they’re paying for? No you toast the sandwich if someone ask you to make their hashbrowns well done , and you give it to them and they say it’s still smooshed and they show you where it smooshed you remake the hashbrowns. It’s literally your occupation.

If you cannot handle Customer Service, maybe you shouldn’t be in the customer...

I had to change this from a 5 star review to a 1 star. Everytime my wife or I go in there they mess something up. Coffee or food always a problem. I now drive a mile away to get my correct order. So instead of walking across the street I have to drive 2 miles (1 up 1 back) if I want DD.

1 year later review. I've been here less than 5 times in the past 10 months because they always mess something up. I'm happy to say in those 5 or so visits my opinion of this site has not changed. Each and every time I came here my order was either wrong on cold. Like didn't heat it long enough cold. I'll never come back here. Better off at Knights and Woodhaven

1 year layer revew Another year passed . I figured they can't be bad 3 years in a row. Low and behold. They're just as bad now as it were before period. If you order a coffee it's gonna be wrong if you order more than one. It's going to be cold if you order food. It's going to be cold worse...

The best Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to! The best coffee, and food. I used to come to this one every morning before I moved, when you walk in the associates already know what you want and they get it right EVERY SINGLE TIME! All my co-workers go here and they all say the same thing, their coffee is already getting made as they step in the door and it is always PERFECTION! The staff are always very nice and patient as well for new customers. It is small but they work so fast you never notice the amount of people ordering! Highly recommend the manager of this branch to share their business structure and procedures with other DD's. I congratulate this DD and their staff. YOU...
