Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The two workers on right now Friday June 8th, 2018 @ 1:45 a.m. are completely rude! The older woman isn't as bad as the younger person working, that person is just nasty! Really took a lot for me not to tell her/him off, didn't want to cause a commotion because someone apparently doesn't lol e their job, oughta quit or better yet get FIRED! When I walked in there were 2 customers, I went to the counter, waited and waited for someone to take my order, walked down the other end of the counter saw the younger employee asked if there was someone who can help me, the employee was very cocky says someone will be there, I waited and waited again, so about 15 minutes waiting time. As the older woman who took my order worked on it, I wasn't paying attention to where and was so I asked younger employee if I can use the rest room to wash my hands and the response I got was "ain't there a lady standing right there" I said excuse me and employee repeated what was said the first time!! That employee SUCKS!!!! And finally after washing my hands I went to pick up spot and there was nothing there, and ask waiting finally I saw my coffee sitting where I ordered it at, I sat down to wait for sandwich and again waiting and waiting so I got up to see what was going on and there was my sandwich in the bag laying on the pick up counter. I wrote a review for this location over a year ago and I feel the need to update it. Absolutely AWFUL location. If I could give less then one star, I would. I really wish they would either fire everyone or open another location else where. It's sad this is the only Dunkin around my area. This location has only gotten WORSE! Now the employees that run the drive through give you a hard time when they mess up your order. No matter how many times you tell them your order, they still seem to mess your order up. Then they want you to just take the wrong order because they are too LAZY to remake it! They will actually sit there and argue with you about it! You ask for Almond milk and they give you whole milk. You ask for less milk and sugar and they dump a ton of milk and sugar into the cups! You order food and they either undercook the food or burn the food. You ask for cream cheese on the side for your bagel and they put a ton of cream cheese on your bagel. This location makes so much money, it's crazy that they don't care about the customers. 4 month update- Same service atmosphere still. Hoped they would actually start to care, I even gave them the benefit of the doubt if they were busy. No on customers in DT, no customers in lobby. Workers are actually just chit chatting wasting time. No Priority levels. No sense of urgency still. Waste of a great location.

P.S. There may be 2 that actually care about being there.

Need some help! People who actually show up for work are working too hard that product quality is going down. Croissant are supposed to taste good and fluffy, but it comes out dry or burnt. Drinks are sticky on the lid and on the cup just cause they’re rushing and the taste is not consistent. Have to atleast give some napkins. People are nice, they’re just tired or irked sometimes.
