Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

If I could give this dump 0 stars I would so me and my husband are very good customers we've been going to this location faithfully for 7 years since we lived in this neighborhood since they got rid of all the old employees this dunkin went downhill really bad the service is always slow they know me so well I don't even have to tell them my order they nicked named me Mocha cause I always get a large Mocha Iced coffee so today my husband went to surprise me with a coffee as usual they were slow asf my husband waiting patiently for a half hour for 1 Iced coffee so finally he politely asked what was going on so the guy behind the counter proceeds to tell my husband"well sir were very busy if u wanna get the hell back here and help us be my guest" very rudely might I add so my husband turned to the manager and asked her if she was gonna let him talk to him like that so she proceeds to tell him well we are very busy again very rudely so the guy proceeds to tell the manager "can I go clock out and handle my business" so she proceeds to tell him"go ahead handle your business" even tho it wasn't a direct threat we all know what he meant so of course my husbands starts getting mad cause he threatened him so he asked the manager for corporates number she refused to give it to him he had to get it from another customer who witnessed the whole thing the proceeded to tell the cops we threatened them and banned us from the store when I wasn't even there I think its total bs and unfair the cops did nothing but take there side without even looking at the tapes not that I wanna spend another penny in that store anyway but thats not the point we were treated very unfairly then every employee in the store thought it was a joke and laughed about it if something doesn't get done about this I will go through and call whoever I have to make sure they are both fired or that store...

Recently, I had experience mold completely on one side of my southwest multigrain sandwich. I would have never thought to come across this mishap from this site. There was no excuse as to how the employee missed it because it was too obvious. I don’t knock the place for being quick with their service because I love it. But do it in a manner to ensure everything is well-dated and appropriate for the next use. So, inconveniently I left my job to return back to address the situation. Thankfully, the manager was there and in disbelief about what happened and offered to pay for anything on the house for my next visit including double my order. While, showing me the new multigrain bun, I noticed the employee had a ripped plastic hand glove and I addressed that right in front of the manager and other employees. Thankfully, no hard feelings he acted quickly with no problem. Long story short, I contacted corporate and the professional ensured to follow up with the store to address the situation and ensure this wouldn’t happen to anyone else. I received double the amount of my initial order, free second order, and given a gift card for future orders. The moral of the experience is to always check your food and if something goes wrong address it “appropriately” so this doesn’t occur to anyone else. I gave a 4 star rating because of the incident but, everyone did handle the situation to ensure this wouldn’t happen again and I’m glad to have seen the necessary changes since I...

Update: The gentleman with the beard is doing an awesome job. Is always on top of his fellow employees about doing the drinks correctly, hes super friendly, and makes dunkin run better. Good job man!

I’ve gone to MANY Dunkin’ Donuts, I have stopped because MANY can not make a consistent cup of coffee. You go to McDonald’s - Double Cheeseburgers is a Double Cheeseburger, Chick-Fil-A - chicen sandwich is a chicken sandwich, Popeyes, Taco Bell, so on and so forth; Every time with the exception of Taco Bell always adding stuff you ask them not to any one of the chain fast service joints give you what you expect. Not Dunkin though, they have no set standard of how to make a coffee or any product of theirs (except they do, and I guess no one follows it) except this Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s the only Dunkin I can always come back to when I’m in a rush and can not make my own cup of joe and know what I order is what I’ll get. Not 57 different variations of the same order. For a Dunkin to be the consistent is nothing short of a miracle. It must be the staff, the morning shift at least is who I always have gone to and will go to now from time to time. They are always polite, and give me what I ask for. They also make it seem like they know you, and when your getting your coffee daily that’s important.

All-in-all, the take away is out of at least 50 different Dunkin’ Donuts this is the only place that can get your order correct. Come to this Dunkin! You won’t be...
