Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Heartbreaking for me to write this review. The girls are all sweet and friendly. I was there on Thursday April 20th and ordered a large Carmel ice coffee and a bacon egg and cheese croissant.. The place was packed, however there were individuals inside that had not purchased anything yet they were standing behind me as I am waiting for my order. They were young no more that 23 years of age. When my number was called I went for my sandwich however a tall Hispanic male working at this DD looked at a black male that was standing behind me and winked at him. When I went to reach for my sandwich this angry black male snatched the sandwich out of my hands and screams at to me (this is my sandwich man!! ) All with the Hispanic male employee approval. A sandwich is not worth going to jail for. People this could of very easily gone violent and dangerous. Save yourself the aggravation. Why walk into an establishment were you are being set up to be robbed and who knows what else. Do yourself a favor and drive over to the next...

I’m not leaving a one star for the business of Dunkin’ Donuts but I’m leaving a one star for the person who is working at this location who is a Chinese guy with glasses I ordered a orange juice and he looked like he was really nervous because it was crowded in there the way he was looking around and he just told me it was two something and walked away to go get it. I felt disrespected because I am a customer also. I felt like he just told me anything to get me out the way. Don't just tell me it’s two something and go get it because you know you have a lot of customers ahead of you. I need to know exactly how much is the juice. You don’t just say is two something and come back and charge me. 2.80. It is not customer friendly anymore. It's all about taking your money and kicking you out. Took away the seating arrangements. It's in our community but it's not about our community. What kind of Dunkin' donuts is this? Can't sit, can't talk, can't communicate. Is this their way of being cheap not having to pay someone to straighten tables and to keep it clean for the paying customer. Certain parts of the community feel rejected. They don't want us in their store what do we need them for? I normally get my raisin bagel with Cream cheese large hot green tea with my 4 donuts. I'm a consistent tipper everywhere I go $20 and up but no not this time around. I carry cash around just so I can tip people with decent service. I can't even sit and enjoy something before I go in to work. It's say American runs on Dunkin I say Dunkin Don't care...
