Work a block away I used to buy every day today Marco takes my order I tell him I don’t want sour cream and on burrito he puts on it anyway then I take back he tells me he can’t give me my money back after he messaged up my order they should be shut down…. The crazy part is, the other 2 ladies who usual takes my orders are helpful and they are the best. He can ask them, I never get no sour anything, and she will put This kid, took my money and when I gave back he took also wouldn’t give me another order said I needed to pay 17.00 , and was smiling while doing so, I told him I don’t eat sour anything for me to get on food I paid for them no refund then the disrespect, so came there paid got wrong food and had to leave with Nothing like absolutely Nothing after paying for a meal. To laugh and smile at a person whom paid full money for their meal, mess up the order then say what you want me do about it! I felt soooo disrespected…… to the owner… I’m tired of asking for my refund and or, a return order as you stated in post. You said come back to store to make this right, how? 1 you haven’t told any of your employees about this. 2 why would you even have me come asking these people like you actually talked with them or went over this? At this point I hate this place… whatever you said about this issue won’t get corrected you see the price with the order behind the counter but I have to kiss your a.. to get a refund. Yesterday I asked them to call you and ask, 1 lady said she text you last week you never responded to...
Read moreThe menu offered a wide range of flavors and ingredients, and the presentation of the dishes was impressive. The tacos were well-prepared and packed with fresh ingredients, which added a delightful burst of flavors in every bite. The meat was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, making for a satisfying meal.
However, I must note that while the food at El Taco was undoubtedly tasty, it did not quite match the authentic flavors I have experienced in traditional taco joints. As a fan of authentic Mexican cuisine, I was hoping for a more genuine taco experience. The flavors seemed to have been slightly adjusted to cater to a broader audience, which is understandable considering the restaurant's popularity and target demographic.
Despite this minor discrepancy, El Taco still offers a great dining experience. The ambiance is lively, the service is prompt, and the food, although not entirely authentic, is still enjoyable and well-executed. I would recommend El Taco to those seeking a fusion-style taco experience or those looking for a laid-back atmosphere to enjoy a delicious meal with friends or family.
Overall, El Taco is a solid choice for a satisfying meal. While the tacos may not be as authentic as some may expect, the overall quality, flavors, and friendly service make it a...
Read moreGood evening, I witnessed something today that shouldn't have happened. I man from Penn ordered, I heard him say No sour anything, right. They still put on his order and when he told the rep, guy said what you want me to do about it! I was like really, wow, guy was a black man, person whom ordered, I eat and watched them, they really treat us totally different from the blacks, and it should not be like this in 2024. It upset me so much I told people at the hospital what I just witnessed, if I knew where the guy worked I would have brought him lunch again, this left a really bad taste in my mouth. What about that man's refund, or maybe since he a black man they expected he to handle things differently, that right there Should Never Be Allowed. That man came to your place of business to extend business and buy, that's the treatment he got. I'd love to speak with the owner and tell my voice, if they can't fix that problem I won't be spending anymore money there. I'm also local, and can come...
