We’ve all seen the memes; Five Guys is soooo expensive. Sometimes I think I might as well make my arm and a leg into a burger and get more for my money, rather than pay an arm and a leg for a small Five Guys burger. If there was a review category for “bang for your buck”, i would rate Five guys about a 3.75/5, as it truly is a great burger.
However, the employees at this location are always so beyond sweet and polite. It’s definitely a huge draw to know that even though my meal will be expensive when I come here, i’m getting infinitely better service than if I go to most other fast food places in the area.
I will say a lot of the time the soda machines can be out of carbonation, and very flat. However the most recent time I went I enjoyed a delightfully fizzy cherry coke. I held hands with my partner, ate a burger with the works except mushrooms, and left with a smile !...

I ordered a little cheeseburger, regular fry and regular soda and almost paid $20 which is ridiculous for a fast food restaurant and the food was warm when I ate it which was only 10 minutes later. They also cut down the amount of fries they give you significantly. I deleted the app and won’t be going back. It’s not worth the money. You get more bang for your buck at a local pizza shop. Either you charge more and keep the same portion sizes or you charge less and reduce portion sizes but...

Previous visit: went there yesterday around 4:20p and from the 1st guy that took my order to the 2nd guy that handed me my food, they kept calling me beautiful which is borderline flirting and unnecessary and it started to make me feel uncomfortable. Then while I was waiting for my food, the guy working the grill and deep fryer was shouting to his co worker and singing out loud which was tacky and unprofessional.
Previous Visit: The cashier hustled me into leaving a tip in the tip jar by giving me a free bottle of water and then I got my food...
