Fila's Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

This rating is not about the food. But i did order a pizza, which i've done several times before from here. The pizza was fine. But the credit card charge was higher than stated on order confirmation when I ordered online and to add insult to injury after using my credit card for the first time I got a surprise $205 charge to PPA on my credit card. Whoever in that store did it, that was pretty dumb to commit fraud with your name attached to it. When the transaction gets reversed and you get a boot don't be mad, karma is real.

Just don't order from here. I wanted to give this place a second chance so I ordered a pizza from them with a different credit card from the last time I ordered from them. Soon after I get an alert about fraudulent charges on my credit card once again. One from Applebee's and another from wingstop. They are either using the card info for themselves and selling the info on the dark web. I know this because some transactions are local and others are out of state. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for food. I am not the only person who this has happened to after...

They literally steal your credit card/ debit card information. Soon as I paid for my pizza 15 minutes later they brought food from asads chicken which is literally across the street from them and went to Dunkin’ Donuts. Got a new card and they still were trying the old card. I couldn’t prove it was them or not so I gave them a pass. Fast forward on Wednesday I used my card and ordered pizza , on Friday they used my card to pay their $150 phone bill. I called my bank to dispute it and opened an investigation. I called T-Mobile to open an investigation. I went to the store and called the cops to file a police report. I AM NOT LETTING UP ON THEM UNTIL THIS PLACE IS SHUT DOWN FOR FRAUD. The manager tells me “you can’t prove anything” I said once the investigation is over with whoever paid their phone bill with my debit card and if it’s anyone in this store you’re going to jail!!! Horrible horrible I spent 31 bucks. For breakfast it start wrong from beginning breakfast day 9.99 platters with meat. All they had was bacon and Italian sausage. We got the Italian sausage order was delivered It was 30 something dollars first thing I noticed was the platters at 999 on menu but they charged me 11.99 saying Italian sausage cost more. Long story short why you send me platters with sausage chopped up like you came off your pizza for thought on top of my home fries from my egg super hard and burnt when we called the store unprofessional he was not wanting to
