Hamilton Restaurant — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I would give this restaurant no stars if I could. Why ? because of the bad customer service experience with a male employee whose role seems to be take orders and cook the food. Well, for no reason he abruptly, hung up on me , when I was about to tell him, about being careful about following the special instructions, included with orders. I specified , sugar free syrup, in my Door Dash order, and got just the opposite. I told Door Dash, of my less than positive customer experience , and when the customer service rep called, he hung on her also. I have spent a good bit of money recently , at this restaurant, but I will not be ordering again. Also, if the restaurant is selling a particular beverage, than put it on the menu , by it's known name. Call an " Arnold Palmer, " by it's name, followed by a short discription. On their menu, it just says " large tea", and that's how I came to get delivered to me a huge container, ( 32 oz ? ) of ice tea, with sugar and lemonade, instead of a large hot tea, with cream. Oh, and they put the cream in the Arnold Palmer. How dumb is that, because even if I wanted an Arnold Palmer, everyone knows , lemon will curdle any type of dairy like milk or cream. Your customers will either call you, or Google, if you have an unfamiliar named item on your menu. I love ethnic foods, if I try a new unfamiliar dish, I Google first, which is usually sufficient, if not, I call the restaurant. However,makes no difference to me now, I refuse to patronize anywhere that has rude employees,...

I ordered through Uber Eats and I ordered the two eggs and meat platter I got two scrambled eggs bacon and grits with a small cocoa when I received my order I didn't have no bacon the eggs are cold and a drowned my grits and cheese it seemed like it was more cheese than grits I left a note and asked him can they give me extra sugar and a put sugar on the side instead of in my hot cocoa because Uber Eats will not let me go off of that page without getting something in the hot cocoa and it did not listen then when I tried to call and talk to them the guy was not trying to hear it saying that I ordered just eggs and grits when I know what I ordered and I know Uber Eats wouldn't let me off the page if I didn't order some type of meat guy was super rude I would never order from this place again and I suggest you don't either it's not worth the time...

First of All, it is not how it used to be. It was very Dirty, AT THE ENTRY WAY (because they do not allow in dining due to COVID.
