This is by far the best Indo-Pakistani restaurant I've found in Philly! The cuisine is very authentic, felt just like back home. The masala in the dum biryani was perfect (they offer mild, medium, and spicy). It literally came in a clay handi sealed with aata, and a dish of lemon/onion/green chili on the side. I haven't tried the South Indian dishes (dosas, etc) they offer yet, but as far as the butter chicken, kadhai chicken, nihari, and chicken tikka, the food exceeded our expectations. The kheer, falooda kulfi, and mango lassi were also wonderful. I've gone twice already in the past week with friends who are and aren't Indian, and everyone found something they loved. The most recent time we didn't finished eating by their closing time at 10, and the staff was so kind and understanding, didn't rush us at all. Would 100% recommend.

I hosted a birthday party of 25 people and i am fully satisfied by their service. They reserved all the seats before we arrived. Everything was neat and clean. The food were very delicious and well served and the quantity was more than enough. The best thing about this restaurant is their service. They’re quick and welcoming. There is a guy who works at front. His name is Bikash. Anytime you go, he will be there with his smiling face. Bikash is amazing. He did everything all by himself. He deserves everyone’s respect. Overall, I would say, whether you’re eating alone or with friends or family, whether you are hosting any party, This place should be the go to place. I highly recommend this place.

I don’t know whether they served me spiced water or curry! Ordered Mango Lassis and never received them but they charged me for them! When I brought the issue up, the waiter said “Here, you can take these (hands me two mango lassis to take when I am about the leave the restaurant) with you. I can’t refund you any money.” Ridiculous! The food was so tasteless and bland that didn’t eat one of the dishes. Only one individual served, took orders, was the manager (I asked to speak to one after being wrongly charged). I am not sure what’s going here but I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST visiting this restaurant to avoid getting CHEATED!!!

The food in here so good and amazing that it is better than any decent indian restaurant I tried in Newyork. If you are in Philadelphia do go here. This place reminds me of India. The ambiance was amazing with the culture displayed and everything is like perfectly made in here.

Everything was delicious. Chicken tikka masala & veggie korma were sweet but good when paired up with extra extra spicy tandoori chicken. Soon to be on TikTok @themegandshafishow
