Sardar G Catering team is a force to be reckoned with. This is a caterer who clearly cares very deeply about the quality of the food and also provides an elegant presentation. We talked to Jagmeet several times over the course of planning; he listened carefully and provided much needed guidance from his extensive experience.

Jagmeet was incredibly accommodating to all our requests for a wedding reception with many moving parts. His team arrived early and cooked food fresh on the premises. The event involved separate appetizer and dinner buffets, and the timing was perfect. They handled the challenges of venue space limitations with ease and coordinated well with venue staff.

Our multicultural wedding was roughly 50/50 Desi and non-desi guests. Everyone enjoyed the food with many commenting that it was the best ‘wedding food’ they’ve ever had. Even my Bihari husband who is very critical about Indian food in the US gave a 10/10.The pani puri live station was a highlight of appetizers. Dal makhani and kadhai paneer were my personal favorites from dinner. Fish 65 and the veg spring rolls which Jagmeet added last minute were major hits among my midwestern relatives. The rasmalai was heaven. Jagmeet knows how to design a menu appropriate for the needs of the hosts.

The servers were also very attentive to the needs of guests - especially elderly guests - making sure that they didn’t need to get up for drinks or return to the buffet for napkins or silverware. It was impressive how a small serving crew could be everywhere at once.

Seriously, if you need an Indian caterer for your event - Sardar G Catering will exceed expectations. Husband wants to know how to get invited to their future...

Jagmeet and the entire team of Sardar G Catering provided excellent services during my wedding in June 2024 in Philly. They deserve a true 5/5 rating at every level from communication and responsive to their food quality. Jagmeet really cares about the food quality as well as the presentation for guests. From the start of our planning he was very diligent about food tasting, helping pick the right menu based on the guest list as well as getting creative with my budgetary restrictions. His experience and skills in the food industry speak for themselves. Literally 2 weeks before my wedding the hotel team threw multiple curveballs at us around the kitchen access and essentially access to dishes, pans, stove for frying which they initially agreed to. Jagmeet came in and smoothly handled the issues and brought in his team and his own setup to compensate for the hotel mess up. They cooked outside for us in the scorching heat and provided the best Indian food I ever tasted. My guests were absolutely in love with the chai and we had folks requesting for more chai :) His pani poori and all the curries were in demand. Kudos to the entire team for making one thing that was close to my heart super special - the food ! Even now folks talk to me about how good the food was at the wedding. I cannot say enough amazing things about Jagmeet Ji, who catered my baby shower and made the entire experience absolutely unforgettable! From our very first interaction, Jagmeet Ji was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making everything perfect.

The food? Phenomenal. Every dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with so much love and care.
