I was waited in the rain for over 20 minutes for an online order, finally someone came out and ask my name, then let me keep waited for another 10 minutes, I got the food went back to the car, found the size of the drink was incorrect, tried to call, no one answer, had to walked back in the rain, bang the window twice to get attention, the lady came out looked at the sticker on the cup said the sticker showed its medium, the size is correct, I had to show her my receipt on the phone that I paid for large, she took the drink back, after a little while she brought out the drink, my husband said Thank You, she turned around right way, what an attitude!! Food was not good, I ordered popcorn chicken and somehow both me and my husband feel it has a weird fishy taste, I also ordered shaved ice, taste terrible.... no sweetener added, not an authentic Taiwanese food place.
Update: Business ownerâs response made me laugh, they didnât apologize at all, they argued with me that the drink size was made right until I showed them my phone, also ignored my husbandâs appreciation. Thereâs no false accusation here, everything I said is true, I did post this experience on one Facebook group, many people speak up said they had the same experience with this store.    Read moreI ordered delivery from here. They packed my boba tea without a straw. It's impossible to even drink boba without a straw. After paying $3 service charge, $2 delivery fee, and $2 tip, I had to walk there myself and tell them that they didn't pack a straw.
Woman: OH, thats because you select in your order NOT put a straw. Me: Really? How is anyone supposed to drink boba without a straw?
I took a straw and left. Also this red bean boba was prob the worst boba I've ever had.
DON'T GET the chicken. It's freaking chewy and teeeerrrible. They put it in a coffee cup and blast it with powder that tastes like dirt. They drew a smiley face on the cup and wrote "No" next to it. (Accurate). I threw away the chicken.
Cool, Lulu's....
Read moreI go here all the time and I'm finally ready to review! They have a lot of cool custom drinks with flavors like grape, blueberry, red bean, and rose and all the toppings you could want. This is not one of those powered drink mix places, they have real tea and real juice. In addition to boba and mini boba, you can get tea jelly, herbal jelly, popping bubbles... there's also mashed taro which I need to try. Really love that they have wintermelon tea, it's a staple in Taiwan but can be rare in the US. I recommend the Lulu Milk Tea and anything from the Lulu Specialty menu! Service is really quick and they are always really nice to me. I bring my own mason jar for them to put...
