Kitchen Express — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I ordered a sweet & sour chicken with white rice with a homemade iced tea. I received a general ts chicken with white rice and a homemade iced tea. When I called back to see if I can get my money back, and return the food that wasn’t touched, they told me that they care not refunding me my money back nor are they taking the food back either. Unsatisfied customer and completely disrespectful. Will never order from there again....
