Larry's Pizza is a staple in my neighborhood, and I love going there all the time. Honestly, I'm not sure why I haven't done this review earlier. Let's start with the atmosphere of the place. I rarely see anyone dining in the shop; every time I visit, it seems more like a takeout spot. There is some seating available if I remember correctly, but I usually opt for delivery. However, I do pick up food from there occasionally. This time, I ordered a large cheese pizza, mild buffalo wings, and a cheesesteak. To begin with the pizza: it was fantastic! It was very cheesy and not too doughy; the balance of bread and cheese was just perfect without being overwhelmed by either.

Now, the wings are why I usually come and order from here. They are especially known for their delicious buffalo wings, which come with a special sauce. In fact, they serve some of the best wings I've ever had at a pizza shop. That's just my opinion! I’ve never found a pizza shop that can beat Larry's wings. Honestly, their wings are really delicious, and if you haven’t had them yet, I think you should try them. The fries are also great. They’re pretty crunchy and soft at the same time. Now, the cheesesteak was my first time having it, and it was great as well. The meat overflowed from the bread, and usually, it was a bad sign because most places like that weren't good, but this was still good. They’re falling off real bad I hate that for them I got the whitest buffalo chicken cheesesteak I was craving them so bad just to be disappointed it was missing two key ingredients which was cheese and buffalo sauce. I only prefer to get my buffalo chicken cheesesteaks from here because it’s actual pieces of chicken and not steakums chicken. But the chicken chunks were so huge it wasn’t even enjoyable. I miss when they were chopped smaller but still a meaty cheesesteak. I believe the workers are overworked especially with the DoorDash app going off every 2 seconds and little to no cooks. Idk if I’ll be back after that to miss Buffalo sauce and cheese on a Buffalo chicken cheesesteak was crazy. I came back asking for Buffalo sauce and showed the counter person how white it was no seasonings, just blue cheese, and chicken chunks, not even a speck of anything they squirted Buffalo sauce on it because I thought that was missing but it was also missing American cheese, seasonings. They then attempted to reassemble it after placing buffalo sauce on it but it wasn’t giving the quality they usually provide when preparing it because it wasn’t cooked with the buffalo sauce and with the sauce just sitting on the top it’s just bland. I've been a few times and the cheesesteaks are really good. They are big and flavorful and you can customize them however you want. The only let down is the customer service and pricing discrepancies. The customer service is poor on a good day and terrible any other time. I literally waited for almost an hour for my order of two cheesesteaks. People that ordered after me were leaving before I was which is unexpectable. Besides that they have menus all over the place for you to order from and the prices listed are all wrong!!! Your receipt isn't itemized so you have a cashier that can't even give you a breakdown of what you are being charged for. If you can take the time to change the prices on the register than you need to have those prices available for the customer also. I was told that a topping listed on the menu as being 30 cents was actually a dollar.
