Worst experience ever! I don’t usually leave bad reviews on businesses because everyone has bad days but I just have to… there was not one good thing about my experience here! From the moment my girlfriend and I walked in the customer service was bad… a women at the door charged us $20 each with no explanation as to why, not one smile… very ignorant to be quite Frank! This is the moment we should’ve turned around! The host then let us know the “sections” were all reserved.. meaning tables and we had no choice but to sit at the bar.. found 2 seats with ice cold air blowing right on us from a vent. We’re seated for a good 15 minutes with no greetings from the bartender yet. After seeing our faces 25 mins in she let us know they were turning over from brunch to a “day party” and had to collect the brunch money first.. she then flagged the hookah girl down who took our order with about 3 flavors to offer, came back with a low budget hookah pipe and said “$50”. $50?! I never ever paid $50 for a hookah, not even in NYC! And if the price was nearly close to that it was GOOD HOOKAH! This hookah immediately gave me a headache and made me dizzy.. ok now we’re $90 in at this place.. freezing and dizzy! The bartender FINALLY came to wait on us after 45 minutes .. no menu.. no suggestions. We decided on a patron margarita. Sat our smoking with a rotten strawberry drink down and kindly said cash only.. $48! Ok are we dreaming at this point bc $24 for a margarita is crazy…. We are working women and use to nice things in life so I know the average price of things….. this place is getting over bad! On top of that, that was the worst tasting “margarita” I ever had! It was supposed to be watermelon.. it tasted like bug spray! BAD SERVICE, BAD HOOKAH, BAD DRINKS and it’s all completely overpriced! It’s nice inside and clean.. that’s the only positives I can give.. but we left those nasty drinks on the bar and the gross hookah after asking 2 ppl for new coals and never receiving them! But I’m sure the coals were about $25 anyway 😒 FOUR THUMBS DOWN! We won’t...

Worst experience ever ! I came in today 2/4/2023 and when I say NEVER AGAIN, NEVER AGAIN!! First in foremost walked in and the young lady Bri aura was distasteful! Very bland, no smile, no energy, nothing… I felt like I was bothering her by just coming into the establishment. Maybe have someone with a great personality at the door for starters. Now we’re seated, ordered our drinks and our waiter had her drink before we had ours, sipping and enjoying her shift at the host station. Must be nice! Fast forward 30 mins later, she came to take my food order. Keep in mind the establishment is not that busy at this time. Hence, I walked in with no reservation for brunch. Why couldn’t my order be placed with my drinks and hookah ? Why are you charging an extra surcharge for juice in a mixed drink?Everything is on a separate tab because they want to rack up gratuity. I’m from NYC, and never in my life have I experienced this. Food comes out and I have no silverware … that’s the first thing I should have had. Asked my server for silverware, time goes by and she’s realized her mistake and brings plastic forks, keep in mind I have chicken and waffles. She speeds off so fast I couldn’t even ask her for a knife, although it’s common sense because how else was I going to eat chicken and waffles ? Let’s just say by the time I got my knife after already waiting for a fork after my food came out … COLD. At this point I’m fed up, paid $40 each for bottomless mimosa and when asked for the 2nd refill, came back not even full. Listen, this establishment is a scam and honestly I don’t know if it’s poor management or poor employees but this is not it. Last but not least, I tip and I tip well, but you guys are lucky you add gratuity because I WOULD HAVE NEVER TIPPED MY SERVER. Think you guys need to be more forthcoming. You guys looked...

We (4 of us) arrived between 12-12:30 PM on Friday. We were greeted by a security guard who was very pleasant. We were seated promptly, and there was another table with about 4 people and 2 people at the bar. Our server, who was also tending the bar, came over after about 20 minutes. One of my friends didn't eat steak and wanted to know if they could substitute lamb chops for the steak. She was told they were out of steak and there were no substitutions. That was stupid because if you're out of steak, allow the substitution and maybe do a price adjustment.

Based on the menu, it was easier and cheaper to order a-la cart. We all ordered the lamb chops and home fries. One of my friends ordered a waffle & I ordered a lobster tail. We ordered a drink tower and it took about 25 minutes for it to come. We asked the woman who was later identified as the manager how much longer for our food, and she said she'd check. She came back to our table and said our food was coming right out. 10 minutes later, 3 orders of home fries came out, and shortly thereafter, 4 orders of lamb chops arrived. As I sat there waiting for my home fries and lobster tail, I started on the lamb chops. We all noticed that the lamb chops were salty, so much so that one of my friends couldn't eat them. When the server came back to the table, I asked about the lobster tail I ordered, and my friend asked about her waffle. She also noted that her eggs had american cheese, not cheddar like she asked for. By the time my lobster tail arrived, I didn't want it. My home fries and my friends waffle never cane out. Our bill was about $250, and $150 of that was the drink tower. I'll stop there because there is much more I could say, and none of it is good. Needless to say, we won't be going back there.
