Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I Was paying for my food when the card machine went down I told them and showed them that they took the money out my card before it went down but bc it said on their end that it wasn’t paid they double charged me. I asked them if it shows up on your end that I was double charged can I come back and get my money back they said yes but I never received my money back even with multiple attempts of calling and going to the store. They told me to come up to the store and i would be refunded I get there they then tell me I have to come back when the girl that took my order works, I then go back on the day she’s working and she’s in her phone making me wait while she’s doing god knows what on her phone she then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing she could do bc it saying in the system that I was refunded she then put me on FACETIME with the owner of the store he tells me there’s nothing that he could do at the moment and I would have to come back to the store again the day he works. She then asks if I want food instead of the refund. I had to contact my bank and report fraud with them in order to get my money back! I would NOT RECOMMEND PAYING WITH A CARD AT THIS STORE THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TRY TO GIVE YOU A RUN AROUND FOR...

Update 9/24/2024: why do I continue to punish myself? This place has not gotten any better. Once again they served me raw dough. This time it was cheesey bread. I opened it at the counter when they handed it to me and checked. I handed right back and told them to fix it. The kid actually asked "what do you want me to do?" I want you to put it back in the oven and finish cooking it. Seriously, do go here.

NEVER order deep dish pizza from this location. It is always under cooked with raw dough. Every so often I assume they corrected the issue and I am always wrong. The rest of the pizza is serviceable but everything about this location is mediocre. It is obvious the employees don't care. If you really want Little Caesars go to Oxford and Levick or better yet...

This store is horrible. I placed a order online. My order consist of 4 pies, stuffed bread and the sneaker bars they sell. When I picked up my order. They tried sneaking me crazy bread when I ordered stuffed bread without informing me. When I brought it to the young man’s attention, he told me they were out. When I asked him why wasn’t I informed during the initial transaction. The cashier told me it wasn’t on him. I asked him if he could swap it out, and how crazy bread wasn’t what I wanted. He responded that he couldn’t control it. SMH. But to make matters worse. I get home and two of the four pies weren’t through all the way. So I had to cut the pies myself. Better off...
