Mario Brothers Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I ordered from Mario's about three or four times and its become a family favorite since finding this gem. I can only comment on the speed, tastiness, and service I've received for ordering pizza (supreme) and wings. I am sure their other offerings are good though, the place seems always to have in an out traffic on weekends when I go. I had one mix up with a pizza but the owners or managers were very apologetic, every working person understands that sometimes mistakes will happen. They would not accept anything less than letting me keeping the mistaken pizza and not pay for my supreme pizza on top! I said no way! I insisted on paying the difference, I told the manager to consider that a small tip if the big boss would not accept, and so its no worries. I work and they work and we all ended up OK. This is one small example to me of what "Brotherly Love" is all about, being down to earth, grateful, and most of all we kept it moving without the drama over a small mistake... I will be back many times more. :)

The food at Mario Brothers is delicious. Anyone I ever take there raves over their pizza and the slices are big as well. One slice usually gets me full. The hot wings are usually my 1st choice and the barbecue wings is my son's. The Mozzarella cheese fries are good too. The cheese is found throughout all the fries. These fries alone will get you full. Cheese steaks, burgers, and salads are great too. Whatever I've ever eaten in this place was great! In addition to that the ladies that work behind the counter is very honest. One time after getting food to go, I left out of the store, drove all the way home and then when I was getting out of the car, I realized I didnt have my pocket book with me. I panicked because I had a little over $500.00 in cash in it along as well as my credit cards and more. Usually I don't carry cash on me but I was expecting a cash on delivery the next morning. When I called I spoke to the older lady at the front counter and asked her if she seen my bag sitting on the chair. I was si relieved to hear her say yes. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I’ve been ordering 2 times a week for over a year at this store and I’ve never once complained today the driver did not deliver my pizza to me and I told them about it and I was treated like a thief owner/ management is greedy for money and does not care about their customers if you respect yourself and want to be treated with respect stay away from this place they act like they’re doing you a favor by giving you food from their cheap pizza shop I should’ve stopped ordering after a driver changed the tip I put on the receipt to give himself more money I ordered on a credit card today so the driver probably forged my signature which is illegal is this a pizza shop or a organized crime group absolutely ridiculous I’ve never seen something like...
