FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER EATING HERE. The food wasnāt bad...but worst owner and management here. We ordered a combo of crab legs and mussels and were given shrimp and crab legs. We began eating it without realizing that it wasnāt the combo we ordered. I want to make it clear that we both did not know we were eating the wrong order. Shortly afterwards, the server tells us that we were eating the wrong order and brings over our order. Thinking it wasnāt our fault so we took both bags. Mid way through the meal, the server then tells me that her boss is going to make her pay for the one order she messed up on, mind you it is $31 for the order she messed up on. So we speak to the manager and she said either the server pays or us, the customer pays. We didnāt want the server to pay as it was an honest common restaurant mistake. The manager indicated that the server gets 15% off discount. I ask if we could take that discount and weāll pay for both combos. She said we could only get 15% for the one combo that was messed up. So we said, thatās fine, we just honestly wonāt come back. Then she said we could have the discount for both bags. Regardless, at that point, we lost our appetite and didnāt finish our meal. No matter how pleasant a meal can be, the fact that the owner and management is that cheap and stingy on their employees and customers, itās definitely not a place that weāll...

When I called, I told the rude lady that it was my first time ordering over the phone for pick-up. Immediately with an attitude she said I needed to come in to look at the menu to order if I didn't know the menu or look up the menu. And said i needed to hang up and call back when I was ready to order. I said I knew the menu I just haven't ordered over the phone. I asked one question, "can I get the king crab in a combo?" And this lady yelled and said I obviously didn't know the menu and needed to come in. I was baffled. I responded that it was a question and she could have just responded with a yes or no and this .... hung up on me. I called back and she said she would not attend to me if I responded with an attitude. I tried to explain to her that she did not have to be rude or disrespectful and I just wanted to place my order seeing that her first response to me was filled with attitude and she hung up again. I called multiple times but this ... kept hanging up on me. If I had the energy to go into the restaurant, I would have and it took the grace of God in me not to go into the restaurant and express myself to her in person. Worst service i have...

Recently the last few times I have ordered from here have been extremely bad experiences. Their takeout staff is very rude! The girl who usually answers the phone gives off an attitude. Sheās always asks how long then when I arrive in the time frame I say my food is never ready. So now I take my time before I go & then she calls me w/ an attitude about not coming in the time frame. When I come on time they are never done! Anyway, my final state was when I ordered Iām advance showed up when they said & my food was not done then I had to wait almost 45 mins for food I been ordered. There was no empathy given or anything about the long wait. That was my last time eating with them, Iāll now being going to crack crab only. Sadly, I love their fried oysters & onion rings. But they truly lack customer service.
I have not dined in since covid, so Iām unsure how that customer service experience is. I used to have a good dining in experience, but I donāt know if itās all the same staff...
