Pies are good, bagels are dillicious especially w/ pickle cream cheese. Good coffee and espresso on a regular basis especially if you like La Colombe coffee and espresso. Last 2 experiences here though were horrible. I can say I am no longer going to come here again because of that. The 2nd to last time I came here I got 2 pies the porkroll was cold, not cool but cold and the apple was actually strawberry that I didn't find out until later or I would of exchanged it right then and there. But the visit yesterday ugh, there was a new guy who overcharged me for my drink. I never paid $6 for an iced double shot of espresso there and prices didn't rise this week from what I saw on the menu. My iced espresso was not iced but in a paper cup and hot. I told the guy and he put it in a cup with ice but it immediately became warm and melted ALL the ice, it ruined the drink. I also asked for pumpkin spice and I'm not sure if it's just not a good flavor they have but my drink actually wind up tasting like lysol. I wouldn't normally care about something like this but the money they charge and me driving about 9 miles there just to get something that's horrible is just terrible. I gave 2 stars because when the food is good and drinks are good it's a great experience but the new guy yesterday and the girl that was there also yesterday (she was the lady that messed up my order in the previous visit) I rather not even gamble with...

This location is conveniently located on the corner of Lehigh Avenue & Belgrade Street in a nice neighborhood. There’s plenty of parking, and for some reason if there’s not, you can park in the middle of Lehigh, or double park anywhere around.
I do have a few tiny complaints. When we order multiple types of different pies, they never label them. And yes, I should ask them to be labeled, but I forget most times. So when I get home, I have to cut them in half to distinguish which is which, and I hate having to do that because eating them as a whole is way better, and how they’re made to be enjoyed. (Some of the pies don’t have to be cut in half, because it’s obvious which are which. But most look identical).
A few years ago when I ordered coffee, they only served a dark roast. I was told they don’t offer medium or light roast. Because of that I haven’t ordered the coffee since. I don’t like dark roast style coffee.
The only other little complaint I have is when there’s a pie with cheese in it. Some of it will melt out and stick to the wrapper like glue. It doesn’t happen every time, but enough that it ruins the pie when it happens.
In no way do I want to discourage anyone with my complaints. Because the pies are so good, and the employees are...

Yum We love little Susie’s The everything bagel with veggie cream cheese is my fave.
I’m editing my previous review because while I still love the veggie cream cheese and the everything bagels, they have been incredibly inconsistent lately.
They are often out of multiple food items. Sometimes there’s enough cream cheese on my bagel for 3 bagels and other times they barely spread it on. I’m positive that the iced tea was actual brewed tea one day recently and I was excited about it. I went back and got a large tea a few days later… it was not in the same large size cup I have gotten before(it’s a $5 iced tea). It was in the medium sized cup, and it was no longer the delicious brewed tea I had gotten previously. It was back to the flavored tea that tastes okay but I believe it’s the powdered tea that you mix with water. Definitely not worth $5. Sadly, I have been repeatedly disappointed lately.
**Second Edit The tea has switched to a delicious brewed tea and is always on point thus...
