Lorenzo's Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I'm sorry to say, but this was one of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten in my entire life. I was very hungry when picking it up, so I decided to have a slice on my way back home. Even though I was starving, it still tasted awful. So you can just imagine how bad it really was. I drove here from over an hour away just to try this place, and boy was I disappointed. The only positive thing I can say about this place, was the gentleman who took my order, he was quite friendly. I ordered a white pizza with broccoli and they ran out of broccoli, so he asked me if I was ok with half broccoli and half spinach, I thought that was a bit odd, but i said that will be fine. That should've been my wake-up call to simply cancel my order and go elsewhere, but I decided to give them a chance. Unfortunately, they failed, and failed horribly. Have a Blessed...

Very disappointed.. was in town for the eagles parade and this shop was very highly recommended.. we waited an hour for our 2 cheese stakes and cheese fries, I was not the only annoyed customer that day.

The steaks were cold annd the meat was sparse. They had been sitting and the rolls sucked. The cheese fries further proved they had been sitting as they were soggy and Luke warm at best. Service was not great. Young kid at the counter isn’t personable, being polite doesn’t mean you are nice. I was resy hype about this food and it was such a big let down .. can’t understand why the place next to them was so empty… I don’t think I will...

Just started working in the area and was referred to this spot for lunch. Service wasn't superb but also wasn't expected. Tipped everytime anyway because I just left a job in food services..

What turned me completely off is during my last two visits, one of the servers rolled his eyes at me after ordering and on the final visit my pizza was visibly burned.. next to another customer that had 2 almost perfect pizzas.
