Next time I’m presented with a sit-down restaurant that has you pay and tip up front, I’ll know better than to eat there.
I ordered the margherita pizza, paid for it, and it came out without basil. It was on the menu and I’d have ordered something else if they’d told me they were out of basil. I asked them to please take it off my bill, I’d like to send it back. Nononono, we’ll go find some basil. I think they went to another restaurant to get some?
Anyway, half an hour dragged by and I asked again gently if they could please just take it off my bill and I’ll send it back (I’ve eaten maybe three bites by now). Nononononono he’s going to put the basil on it.

It comes back with four burnt-to-a-crisp leaves of basil. I asked a third time if they can just take it off my bill. It’s inedible.
She said okay, but having prepaid, I have no idea if it’s coming off my bill. I tried entering a “refund request” in the app that took my order, and it said “we’ll get back to you in 5-7 business...

I asked how long for 2 sandwiches, I was told 15 minutes, so I thought, great, plenty of time to make my flight. While waiting, my flight started boarding. After 30 minutes I was still waiting. I asked if I could get my money back, they ask for my order to be expedited, I waited an additional 15 minutes. By now I am panicking because my husband is waiting to board. I was eventually given my order. I ordered the short rib sandwich and the impossible meatballs for my husband. Whether or not I received the impossible meatballs is questionable at best. There’s an automatic charge for Employee Wage & Benefits Fee. That fee apparently does not go to the employees. I would not go back due to the wait times and the outrageous costs.

Read moreThis review is for the location in the Philadelphia Airport, terminal B. I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS. Around 8:35 pm on 5-11-21, we were getting ready to board our plane. The place still appeared to be open, so I asked an employee who was cleaning if I could just purchase a bottled water. A lady comes running out from the back like a PSYCHO and yelling at me "We are closed!" I said, "oh I am sorry, I just wanted to buy a water. I just asked your employee over there if I could and she said yes" Woman proceeds yelling at me "WELL I AM THE MANAGER AND WE ARE CLOSED SO NO YOU CANT BUY ANYTHING. WE ARE CLOSED!" Okay ma'am. I'm not sure why she was so rude to me, but I hope she sees this review and knows I will be calling corporate. Nobody should be treated this way. And I had done nothing wrong. Don't bother wasting your money unless you enjoy being treated poorly...
