I stopped in at 9:55 PM to get something quick. Specifically a triple cheeseburger small fries and a medium Coke. The doors to the inside restaurant were open so I proceeded to walk into the cash register
The manager who's name is Sam and a taller gentleman abruptly came to me and said I'm sorry the inside is closed. My reply was I was then why was the door open? There's no signs posted about when the restaurant is closed. Instead of the manager saying I'm sorry and can I take your order that we are closed for the inside due to staffing Sam responds with the that door should have been closed and you're going to have to go to the drive thru .
I'm sorry that someone did not do their job inside but the customers walking in Should have rightfully taken order and the others being refused by the manager on duty who didn't do the right thing and at least take the customer's order and acknowledge that the door should have been closed! I will be seeking the franchise phone number and place a very viciously bad complaint with her name attached as the person in charge of the store refusing a customer's order because the mistake that was on the Is restaurants's part and not the customer's part
Horrible horrible horrible customer service from the McDonald's that I have been frequently sitting since 1996.Poor customer service that is now resulted in a lost customer and his family and his friends who do look and read that reviews and respond accordingly.
If the franchise or the general manager are seeing this and want to respond and try to correct this please do so because I am going to be contacting the franchise office within this week to place a viciously bad complaint about the manager who did not do...

I'm standing in here now and our food is fresh and hot. The service is excellent. The only reason they lose a star is over the cleanliness. A better job could be done.

I was in on February 6th 2018 at 7:53pm. Receipt numbers 137 and 140. The restaurant was fairly busy yet they were getting orders out fast. I was third in line and was shocked by how friendly the cashier was. I thought he may have been friends with the first person but after the second customer was treated the same way I realized that this was his personality. I have become so used to employees being angry and miserable to be working, and that is everywhere anymore. A pleasant employee is a rare find. I was greeted by a young man named Eddie. His personality was amazing, he was outgoing, pleasant,, helpful, just an all around great kid. Next I want to address the manager. She was actually working. She was putting together an order to help out her staff. I overheard her saying to an employee that she can bag up a meal, that she isn't the kind of manager to sit around.    Read moreI usually enjoy this McDonald's, especially the Tuesday happy meal specials. Unfortunately on this day the night crew was rude, dismissive and distracted. I only ordered one order of fries. After waiting what seemed to be 10 minutes, the fries I was given were cold. All the staff seemed to be distracted and occupied with conversing with someone visiting the store, yes even the manager. I had to wait at the drive thru for what seemed like another 10minutes for someone to realize I was still there. My fries were so cold! Once I was finally serviced by someone at the window, I was then told I had to wait for another order of fries. There were some very hungry rude guests behind me who thought I was holding up the line. I was then asked to please park my car so I could wait for my fresh fries to be given to me. At that point I then asked for a refund. I was then asked by the rude staff to sign a receipt that o declined and had to demand my money be given back. I was very surprised and disgusted with this McDonalds crew. I don't usually eat that late anyway but it had to be 9pm maybe 930.
