WELL, We paid 16.50 for a deposit for a party package there for today. Nothing else was said other than how much it would be. SO, We get there on time maybe a little after 2 and NOTHING IS SET UP so we patiently wait, meanwhile, some of the workers act like it’s a problem to be setting it up anyways. Then, we go to order the food for the 6 kids and they proceed to THEN tell us that the minimum is 8.!?.!? So we found out we were going to have to pay for two extras because there was nothing they would do about that EVEN THOUGH they NEVER told us anything about that before we paid almost a 17 dollar frigging deposit. So we decided, instead of paying extra for two more kids and they couldn’t do anything about it after it being their fault cause they didn’t tell us, that we would get our money back and go elsewhere.
THENthey have the AUDACITY to tell us that we can’t have our money back NOR can we have the cake or anything that was on that table! So can u tell me if I couldn’t do either of those options what I just paid 17 damn dollars to McDonald’s for???? This ain’t no charity!!! You got me messed up!!! So we ended up being stuck there, where we at this point was afraid to even eat there because we didn’t want someone meddling with our food, because we had already paid 16 dollars and some change that we couldn’t get back or take the crappy cake or anything for whatever reason!!!
Worst service/ visit ever. Moral of the story, 1 NEVER do a party at McDonald’s And 2 definitely don’t go to...
Read moreThe worst McDonald's experience I have had in years.
My girlfriend and I arrived at about 45 minutes until close. We used the McDonald's app as we normally do (in order to benefit from some of the promotions), made our selections and moved into the queue. Upon approaching the menu board, we informed the employee of our mobile order, and were then instructed to continue to the window. When we got to the window, mass confusion starts to set in. For some reason, the employees started to tell us that our order "Ain't been paid out" and offered no solutions. We had proof from the app that it was indeed paid. Nonetheless, we gave McDonald's the benefit of the doubt and reordered our meal... only this time with a different payment method (just in case) we resubmit the order and wait patiently in the marked mobile order parking space for about another 15 minutes. At EXACTLY closing time, someone steps out to our vehicle, informs us that they are now closed and also offers up no solutions. She only repeats "I don't know, but we closed.." you might have to come back tomorrow." At this point, we are out over $40, an hour of our night, and still have nothing to eat. We move back to the window where the manager speaks with us after some persuasion to get him to the window He says he will give us the number for the "app people" says that they didn't get the order, and closes the window.
This isn't okay.
I am waiting to set what McDonald's does about this...

Read moreI often come here and the experience I have had at this location is a hazard. Let me say first I am disabled and walking is harder now for me with certain disabilities I’m going through. First I come in through the doors at the drive thru and the little portion of sidewalk and very inside the door is wet ALL the time. Even tho signs are there. I still slip coming in very careful. The area is very slick with is dangerous to me since over a yr ago I’ve repaired a meniscus tear in my knee and have 4 bulging disks which I’m careful walking and stepping anywhere. Putting a sign out and leaving it there for hrs because this location does not dry the floor up not even the managers who are available as much. The accident waiting to happen is unpredictable but also intentional if workers are not complying with safety for the public. Putting a sign out is not safety enough for anyone. It’s actually putting in effort during your work running hrs of business.. how bout always doing a OSHA regulated requirement and keeping the floor outside the doors and inside very dry. Oh and there is no standard rugs on the floor to keep dry also at...
