FYI TO THOSE WHO RATED 1 STAR DUE TO CLIENTELE...This location is situated in between 2 drug rehabs, several intensive outpatient drug programs, metal health outpatient programs, as well as 2 methadone maintenance clinics. The management cannot control who comes through their doors. If the mgmt stereotyped people based on their looks then people would call "foul" and say that the store discriminates. It's a catch 22. This store treats all their guests appropriately. As for the restrooms "junkies" are disgusting and use bathrooms as shooting galleries (ask the management how many people have overdosed in their restrooms are they responsible for that too?) and the homeless well they have to use bathrooms too and their hygiene isn't exactly up to par. Unless the store paid a "Matron" to staff the men's and ladies room (which is not happening anywhere unless you are staying in a five star hotel) then in this day and age I just expect public restrooms to be foul. If women would sit down and men would aim just a tad better, there would be less problems. The staff refers to their customers as guests and addresses their guests with ma'am and sir. I believe there are new owners because I've witnessed three weeks in a row new hires being trained and educated with the handbook and how they are expected to treat their guests. I've NEVER EVER had a bad experience here. My food is always hot. If I have a special request they accommodate me. This McDonald's really has a lot of barriers to overcome being located at Broad and Girard. The area is being revitalized slowly but surely. Soon, with the Divine Lorraine being revamped, more new stores, Temple buying up more property eventually the rest of the riff raff (I believe sooner than later) will be pushed out of this area. So, don't be quick to blame the owners for the clientele they are forced to deal with. Plus, a dollar from the homeless man who smells spends just like my dollar and any business who turns money away will be the master of their own demise. You cannot judge a book...

Read moreThe absolute worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Saturday night, around 7, only two other cars in the drive thru, and the wait was crazy. All I ordered was two egg McMuffins, which I get is weird for that time of night, but shouldn't be an impossible order. When I finally got my order, they had put a hefty slathering of mayo or some type of condiment on both, which I did not ask for. Went inside to exchange for new ones, and the kid making the food could not understand the problem. He insisted that the egg McMuffin "always comes with breakfast sauce on it", like that's a real thing. Took another ten minutes to get my order along with half a dozen other people waiting an insane time for simple orders like a single small fry, or two mcdoubles, or a #1meal. I know what they got because the kids working had to ask everyone at least three times. Every person working was a teenager, with no adult to be seen. Oh, and they still got my order wrong and gave me two sausage McMuffins instead of the normal egg McMuffin. This...
