Daniel …..DISGUSTING ATTITUDE, VERY PETTY , and very SNOBBY it’s like dealing with your younger sister who doesn’t listen . I signed in online like usual ,They called me saying Daniel refused my request. No big deal , over the phone they offered me an alternate technician . I agreed someone else doing my service was absolutely fine . They told me to come in . 45 minutes later I arrived. Was seated for my service to begin . Daniel then sent over a female to tell ME! …There only going to do my toes as far as my nails was not an option “I’m to picky “ why not tell me over the phone when they called me . I feel like they did that to be smart just to turn me around. , NAIL IMAGE prices are high! DANIEL will do what he wants to do with your nails and not what you ask for . And when you speak up he feels insulted as if his work is OUT OF THIS WORLD . Bottom line this Nail Salon has ran its course with me. As a male technician he acts like a snobby little girl and all the other technicians follow his snobby attitude. A blessing in disguise I’ve met a very well experienced Nail TECH the same day I left NAIL IMAGE and never looked back . His work is outstanding and professionalism is worth my tip money . Never in my many years on this earth have I ever been in the middle of something so ghetto! The receptionist who is clearly new because I have been coming here for YEARS and this was my first time seeing her, got in to a physical altercation with a customer, not only was the fight COMPLETELY AVOIDABLE, but the receptionist pulled out a gn, YES A GN on the customer! All she had to do was tell the woman nicely if she could get her child to stop touching the sign in tablet, instead this lady berated the child which upset the mother. The customer proceeded to tell the receptionist that she just lost her husband so she didn’t care about nothing. As a customer service professional and as a human being that was your cue to stop the argument. Instead She pulled a gn out before they even started throwing blows and then sat her gn on a chair nearby chair (NEAR 3 children 😱) and proceeded to fight the woman, never have I ever been so embarrassed for an establishment in my life, disgusting behavior that happened today 10-30 and I hope she no longer works there and if not Nail Image has lost a loyal customer. And to the woman that is the receptionist, NEVER pull your g*n out if you don’t plan to use it and please always think before...

I wanted to try this nail salon because of the great reviews on Google. But apparently I was wrong. I signed in at 6:21. The assistant was extremely friendly, I sat down and I waited for over 30 minutes. But while I was sitting there not one person in the nail salon acknowledged me aside from the assistant. As I’m sitting there, another young lady walks in without signing in and sits down to begins getting her nails done. I’m not sure if you had an appointment or not, but I highly doubt it. She appears to be very familiar with the people who work there so that was the first thing that irritated me. The second thing that irritated me, was the fact that a gentleman who I believe was the owner just completed doing someone’s nails made eye contact with me, did not smile at me did not greet me did not ask me what I was getting done. That’s a dealbreaker, because these companies make so much money off of our community and you would think they would show us a lot more respect. So after waiting over 30 minutes I got up and walked out. Clearly they couldn’t care less about customer service or about my money and that’s why they aren’t getting any. Not to mention after telling my friend where I was going to she told me that her mother got foot fungus from there. So...
