We had a double graduation party for our daugheters, one high-school and one college, and the Molto Bene truck was a huge hit! The food was fantastic, we preordered Ravioli, Meatball Sandwich and Chicken with broccoli rabe and our guests raved about it! Andy was super responsive to my many questions and his recommendations made our event run smoothly. I was happy that all of the food was served from the truck, freeing up my kitchen as that is where guests gather. Honestly the best pasta I’ve had in Philly. We got the brisket ravioli to-go and it delivered well beyond expectations. We put some butter and fresh parm on it and was delicious. It is well priced hand-made ravioli that you can tell a lot of love was put into. Everything else in the store is authentically Italian including sauces, home made ricotta, all types of pasta, Lavazza coffee and snacks including my favorite, taralli.
