Fiore Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

My rating is based off service which was provided by a server by the name Christy.. I placed an order for delivery of a chicken finger platter and a small plain pizza. I was asked what did I want on my fries and I asked for spk on the side.. So when the delivery arrived and it was opened I only had the chicken fingers NO FRYS WHICH IS OK BUT I WAS CHARGED $1.75 for the condiments on side.. So yes I was upset I called and asked about my order and they say I wasn’t charged for the frys s there was nothing they could do until the manger came.. so I asked if you mess up some order the right thing to do is correct it which mean send the right order just as if I ordered a soda and you forgot to send it the driver would bring it back right or wrong.. I see no difference between the two. But she insisted there was nothing she could do. No one would come back just to correct an order of frys .. So I said it’s ok to charge someone for something they have no use for because you messed up the order.. So I personally went then and requested a refund for condiments and to speak with the manger.. I was also offered that they just credited my next order.. Why would I put myself through the aggravation again it you don’t value your customers.. Am I wrong for the way I...

DO NOT ORDER HERE! You have been warned. I ordered a cheee steak stromboli. What I received was a horrible mash of raw dough, a massive amount of cheese and enough steak for maybe a sandwich. I thought "ok, mistakes happen" so I called them to explain that I needed to replace this one. They had a very quick answer "no". I told them that I'd bring it back and they said that I could do whatever I wanted with it since it was mine but they won't exchange it for another. They asked if I was the one who called yesterday about the food, I told them no (I wasn't) but that goes to show there is something very wrong with a place that gives literal raw dough out to customers and then says "not their problem". So my wife worked a double and my plan to make it a nice and easy night are now out the window. Please don't go through the hassle and disappointment, not to mention throwing money away, with this shamble of a business who obviously does not, in any way, respect their customers. Take...

The young lady who answers the phone is sweet. I have always had good customer service with the actual staff.

Here is the issue I have/had. I order 2x a week for a parenting class that happens in a near by school. It’s usually about 10 students and my food order is usually about $30 ($60 a week). I asked for 10 paper cups and plates...the counter girl said that i would have to pay for them, as that is what she has been instructed to say and do. I asked for the manager and she kept talking over me and trying to end the call as I was still talking. So I ended up paying $3 for 10cups and 10plates. I won’t order again from them bc I think it’s ridiculous to pay for plates/cups when I am ordering from you. But more importantly, don’t dismiss me and try to just get me off the phone. At least listen to what I am saying before you say no.

The food was average, so I don’t have a problem trying another local...
