Tali O gave this place a poor rating based on assumptions. When you are looking for a place to eat just be careful... many people post out of frustration. This dude must have had a bad date or something because his explanation was based purely on speculation. IE: 1) he had no way of knowing why something was not picked up off the floor. 2) when the employees wipe into a container it's done so it doesn't dirty the floor.

This place is right up the street from me. I haven't even ordered today (I'm getting ready to) and I'm still giving it five stars.

I would LOVE to go to some of these Google review users' workplaces and rate them on their performance; I guarantee that the ratings wouldn't be good. All I'm saying is be honest with your review and stick to the FACTS. Speculating on what you THINK they're going to do isn't fair to the people who work there, the people who own the place and, the people who want to order great food. Misleading potential customers is not...

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! This place has really gone downhill !! Our family patronized them for 10 years. We placed a phone order for delivery yesterday evening : side order ribs bone in, 2 soups and a Gen. Tso's combination platter. Cost over $30 with delivery and tip. They delivered the wrong food - a boneless ribs combination platter which I did not order. I said, oh well I'll eat it anyway. MEAT WAS TOUGH, OVERCOOKED, INEDIBLE. My son's Gen. Tso's chicken gave him food poisoning. I think the chicken was spoiled. I also had upset stomach all night probably from old grease. They barely speak English, make mistakes, but are accurate to the penny with the bill !! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU PLAN TO SEE...
