Food was good, service was very bad and they try to RIP YOU OFF!! MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE YOU PAY!!

They said gratuity is automatically added when it’s 4+ people, Not 18% but it’s 25.6%, (And I can see why service was very bad because they charged you gratuity of 25.6% anyway, and they do not care if it was bad). And on top of that, if you don’t look at the bill closely, they have gratuity suggestion on the bottom too, that’s on top of the 25.6% gratuity they charged already!!! (Uploaded the bill)

We were there for late afternoon snack around 2 o’clock, 5 adults and 1 baby. The restaurant was not very busy, but the server was just slow and never really come check on us, we have to remind him for our drinks when he forgets. (I don’t have high standard on service and gives average 20-25% tip, because I was a server before). I don’t being slow or forget things, but when they start lying, it’s just NOT COOL.

I wanted to order one of the rolls, and the server told me that one will take 30 minutes, I did not want to wait, so I said “It’s OK, change to XXX”. And then the roll came, and I told him “because you said it will take 30 minutes, so I asked you to change.” He said he repeated my order after, and I said OK. Which, that was not true… He did not repeat our order at all. So that was the first lie, and with his service I just felt like I need to take a look at the bill closely… then I found out the gratuity 25.6% charged and they suggest you tip them another 18%, 20% or 22%.

I talked to our server about it, there’s no sorry. and he just said it’s all from the computer system, must be the system got error, and try to lower his voice and make us pay and go soon. (I’m sure they don’t want other customers to hear this, or they will watch the bill!!) I think this is my worst restaurant experience, is this a fraud seriously? I wish all the extra that people have been paid would have gone for donations for charity instead of these greedy...

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. or better yet negative stars. I WAS a loyal customer to this place for over a year straight. last night i ate there and experience THE WORST customer service experience i have ever had in my entire history of eating out and not just @ a japanese/chinese spot but anywhere. I ordered my main meal and then ordered a small appetizer afterwards. I've already eaten my 1st order in which the noodle was over cooked but did not complain as i'm waiting for them to make my appetizer. i wanted to check my meter outside so i don't get a ticket. don't want this 20 dollar meal to turn into a 50 dollar meal with a 30 dollar ticket. AS i'm walking out two waiters stop me, 1 of them was MY OWN WAITER. they ask me where am i going? i told them i'm just chexking my meter. they then demanded that i leave something behind. and i nicely try to tell them i'll be right back. keep in mind i've eaten here 30-40 times in the past and actually ate there the very night before this night and i believe it was also the SAME WAITER!!. i called the manager and he ask me to speak to him in person. when i got there, instead of trying to see things from my perspective as a loyal customer all he was doing was trying to make excused and defending his own waiters rudeness. THE WORST. from the top down. i'm going to make it a personal mission of mine to make sure none of my friends or any1 i know never step inside this...

Not sure where to start! Staff don’t really care who comes in, it’s like they don’t even want your business at all! The machine said you couldn’t order bubble tea even though the time frame was till 9:30 and we were there in the early evening hours! We asked a question to the first waitress and she didn’t really answer, walked off, then the second waitress we asked about how many rolls do we get and then she walked off and the last and final question was about bubble tea to the first waitress. She said just order with her and not the machine and didn’t ask about it done in or take away. And when we said we want to eat in she said it’s fine you can pick up your food and eat. When we went to take a seat the second waitress came back and said why are we sitting when we ordered take out. I said you didn’t even ask us what we wanted to do and you both weren’t really helpful. She said you can order with her the waitress as she serves it, so next time remember that, I said no chance there will be a next time!! Seriously a really rubbish and lousy service by staff, cheer up it’s Friday and people want to dine out so be kind and helpful. Will not be returning back to...
