Wawa — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Where do I even begin… First off, the employees who work here specifically the cashiers wouldn’t know what customer service is even if it hit them on the forehead. When I arrived to this location the cashier immediately gave me an attitude after asking extremely politely where something was. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to indirectly talk about me with another cashier who was literally eating a hoagie while checking out customers(talk about unprofessional and unsanitary). The atmosphere here was just dreadful. It’s as if they hate their customers. As I was waiting to check out the “hoagie eating” cashier was still making rude remarks under her breathe and giving me dirty looks. That was the last straw for me. I put my things away and left to another location where the service was impeccable(Market st). I would steer clear of this Wawa at all costs. These employees will intentionally try to ruin your day and experience for whatever reasons. I would never step foot back in there after today. You’ve...

A still fairly new location in my neighborhood, i frequent this business. No matter what time of day i come (which is usually to grab a snack, play the lottery or get gas) the customer service is great. I've never had an issue with the folks that work there. Fairly a clean location, the hot foods are really good, there is two ways to enter the property, parking on the front and back of the building and a air pump if your tire is at a low pressure. Every now and again you can find a panhandler outisde asking for help but they are for the most part harmless folks. This is happening quite frequently with wawa in city limits areas but this was a little worse off then other times order online mobile apps come in three items order says ready pickup by 553 get there 6 order not ready wait about three minutes ask get ignored maybe don't hear ask again get redirected ask again get told I'll have it out in five wait to to other store come back ten minutes later all while worried about paying parking meter and meter time and zone cause city yeah, now what still can't get help still not ready a pack of go cups some nachos and a drink really people pffsshh whatever to think I spend thousands a year on a company I'm loyal to to be treated like this and cost me time money and other inconveniences great thx...
