Ozzy’s Pizza Shop — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I used to order from Ozzys often. However this is my last time. I’m all about supporting businesses but I draw the line supporting a business that allows their employees to disrespect their consumers. I order a pizza, the driver pulled up to my house beeping continuously in a residential neighborhood. I have a doorbell, I have a cell phone there was no need. I come outside and I can tell that he is drunk out of his mind, I asked him why was he beeping so much without ringing the door bell or calling. He decided to toss the food on my stoop, it could have hit me but the fact that it hit the ground is disgusting. I called ozzys to inform them of the behavior of their very drunk delivery person and they offered no refund for food that touched the ground because of their delivery driver or any solution that was directed to assist the supportive consumer. I have known Ozzy n Eli for over 20yrs...they are not just a business to me they are like family... I have eaten at all of their pizza shops and have referred them to many of my coworkers who in turn have referred them to their own families as well... Ozzy n Eli and their staff are more than just food they are part of the community no matter which location they are serving from. I've never seen more support and appreciation from one business then way Ozzy n Eli and their team has given myself as well as the members and service providers of this community... I have deep respect and appreciation for them as they do me.. Great Food but more importantly...

We had your chicken wings mine are white pizza with broccoli and their chicken cheesesteaks gamer pretty good check the chicken wings and the pizza like the best we were there on Christmas Day the counter girl was very very nice even though she was very busy she was handing the phone calls very professional and I was talking to the owner there they were very busy anyway I drove about 20 minutes away from my house you got it if pizza parlor I live in holmesburg and I wrote down to Kensington that's my old neighborhood LOL anyway I hope this post is not too long to read have a good night...
