Pizza power — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I ordered a mushroom cheesesteak with fried onions and a order of chicken nuggets. Order came very fast. But there were no mushrooms on my steak anywhere I looked!! So I called back to the store to tell them that there were no mushrooms on my steak. He said wait a minute Ms. I could hear him asking the cook about the mushrooms. Then he comes back to me and said the cook said that the mushrooms were in the middle of my steak. And I said there is no mushrooms on my steak. He said yes there is the cook said mushrooms are in the middle. WHEN YOU TAKE THE WORD OF YOUR EMPLOYEE OVER A CUSTOMER WHO IS LOOKING AT THE FOOD JUST DELIVERED SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THAT. THE COOK FORGOT TO PUT MUSHROOMS ON MY STEAK PERIOD!!!! AND LIED ABOUT IT IN FEAR OF GETTING TO TROUBLE PERIOD!! WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM PIZZA POWER...

I ordered food for my sister and I. She ordered buffalo wings with onion rings. They sent her these oldm freezer burned wings, and these small onion rings that were hard. Then they had the audacity to give me this thin, little bits of meat struggle chicken cheese steak and I'm calling it a struggle because that's exactly what it felt like eating it. Oh no but it gets better, my cheese fries in my platter were stuck together like hospital tape that we use on our patients here at Temple. Stuck together and crumbling whenever i put the fork through them. This poor quality food was disrespectful. The only thing thing that was great was the delivery driver. Overall this was the WORSE food experience I've had in Philadelphia. DO not purchase food here. Waste of money and time.

got it delivered. The cheese-burger does not come with lettuce, tomato, onion, OR coleslaw. Really disappointed! I would have chosen something else if I had known this. The menu is confusing. Mac and cheese was huge, but quite tasteless. French fries were soggy, under-done, though good else-wise. The highlight was definitely the chicken salad sandwich (chopped, light dressing, well seasoned). The bread was also toasted, which was great! I wish the menu said that it was in the description, or whether it came with lettuce, tomato, onion, or pickles. Just be painfully specific when ordering? Don't know if...
