Pizza & Steak Master — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Last year I gave them a great review but over the last year I get the feeling that because they’re the closest in the area and their delivery remains quick and on point, things are getting lax. And trust me, either me or someone in my household orders from them at least twice a month. Earlier this year I ordered buffalo wings that were so dried out and the owners response was, I’ll give you $2 toward your next order. Another time, I had company and ordered a pepperoni and ground beef pizza and we got 2 plain, the response was basically oh well, we’re about to close. Don’t get me wrong, stuff happens but it’s the person in charges “oh well” response. Last night I ordered a large pepperoni pizza for my Grands and although apprehensive because my perfect non pork Italian feel off (3 slices of meat) I ordered a corn beef special for myself. Now when you think of a corn beef special, you think of a sandwich on rye, pile of corn beef with coleslaw. Now, they’re not a deli so maybe not a pile…..But definitely not a slice and a half wrapped around a pile of coleslaw. It’s not a coleslaw special! And I asked for cheese…??? It’s not even worth complaining to them because of the oh well attitude. I don’t know what happened but, quick delivery or not….we’re done. Contrary to what they may think…we...

On 11/4 I ordered food... I won't bore with extra details I'll just say this... My total of my food before tax was $53 and changed. After tax it went up to $56.97. Okay that's fine so end total would be $56.97... to round to the nearest tenth I made the total $60. So in the total slot I wrote $60.00 --- and in the section that said tip I wrote 3.03---.. on the 11/6 the purchase had finally clared in my account and i was charged $65.97 well it's been 3 days since I noticed and made the store aware they've been giving me the run around except handle this matter. Like I'm not trynna sound entitled but for me to leave a tip and yall take an extra tip and try and blame it on fees is wild. The food here is good and kinda better than other locals but I'm not about to get played idc if it was a penny give me my bread back... to be clear I went to the store the day I'm writing this review. I want the full refund of the tip I gave and the extra that was took. I'll pay for the food. I didn't ask for that money back. But every penny gave and took outside of the total of $56.97 I need that back....

I usually order a cheesesteak hoagie with everything no mustard which is usually GREAT but idk if they have someone new cooking but every single time i order now they get it wrong . I just had a cheesesteak hoagie WITHOUT CHEESE 😐 or condiments 😂 like no mayo , no ketchup , no salt , no pepper literally JUST meat , lettuce and tomatoes between bread . I called , they said they were closed and i told them I’m not ordering and that they messed up my order . They said bring it back . Before giving me my money back the owner inspected the food , agreed there’s no cheese then said that i didn’t ask for anything else i told him i said everything no mustard and he said “if you don’t say it we won’t put it on there” he offered to put the food back on the grill lol but how would that taste ? So i said declined i told him this is the third time they’ve messed up my order the owner told me “then order somewhere else” as if that wasn’t next 😂😂 they’re terribly incompetent then...
