Poor customer service. They have no patience to hear out the customers and just keep saying that we need to contact Hertz directly as they cannot help. We had reserved Tesla model Y (which was a guarantee model per their website) and when we arrived they said they don’t have any more left. When we asked about the company policy they refused to entertain any discussions and we ended up settling for a standard suv. We were tired after our flight and the way the customer survive behaved I wouldn’t recommend this location of hertz in particular.
