Their nitro cold brew is always on point! Thanks for keeping it affordable and fresh. It’s the perfect pick-me up. However, I’ve always gotten my cold brew black.
I was taken back when I ordered a drink with oat milk yesterday and there was a $1.25 up charge?! That is more money than I have paid for oat in all of NYC and the entire Philly region. Being lactose intolerant isn’t a choice and it should be affordable to have local dietary options!

The teas cost $7.50 (for two teabags and some hot water..??) my wife’s tea was lukewarm after she added a bit of milk, so I went back and mentioned this to the person serving. He grumpily took the cup without saying a single word, or apologizing, and just added more hot steam to the cup, then handed it back, again without a single word. As far as customer service goes, this was just an incredibly bad experience, he...
