Ordered two hoagies from this location. The older woman who answers the phone couldn't even give me a price on the two hoagies after I finished ordering them and simply stated that she wasn't close to the register. I had asked you for her price because I wanted to have the right amount of money when I went there. Her tone of voice and demeanor gave the impression as if she was doing me a favor by me ordering there. The younger lady that took my payment when I arrive there was better. They also don't have tuna salad, chicken salad, spinach, as well as menus and other foods. Eventually they need to close down or get their act together because that particular location has gone drastically downhill with poor service, pricing, and out of a lot of things. First time here... The man taking my order was very polite. I loved the turkey hoagie and the meatball sandwich was outta this world very like the ones I make myself not a long wait. Why 3 stars the prices. What's on the internet doesn't match what I paid ($20)but if we're going off the prices online it should've been like 14. Now don't get me wrong it was definitely worth the 20 however the fact that the prices don't match the menu online and in the store there are no prices anywhere is kind of shady. I hope someone from the store reads this and explains this, because especially in this economy people would like to know what they're spending exactly. Thank you though you guys...

Hoagies are fantastic at other locations. It's tough to get delivery from the 'Original'. They told me they stop at 2pm, when I informed the lady that it was 1:32 she hung up on me. And last time they actually delivered the roll was a little stale. Not what I'm used to from Primos. All other locations I've tried have been excellent. I don't get it.
