$15 for 1 hoagie so burnt that all I could taste on the half I didn't throw away was burned bread and burned sesame seeds (no, I did not ask for it to be 'toasted', or 'burned', if that's even an option). We thought the 'chips' of cheese your sandwich makers pulled from the slicer/bottom of the prep container to pass as 'slices' of cheese on not one, but two of our previous orders were embarrassing enough, but we stand corrected. Even the tomatoes/pickles/sweet peppers look like they've been cut in half ('thin sliced'?) to further cheapen products. We've agreed to never order from here again.

Very disappointed to receive a turkey diablo hoagie delivery today and the "hoagie" was only a dry roll, turkey, and cheese... No lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mayo, or oregano. I was looking forward to a hoagie and recieved a dry sandwich on a roll. Very disappointing. I thought a "hoagie" included lettuce, tomato, and oregano standard. That's what makes a hoagie a hoagie. It's been a while since I have had a hoagie from Primos (which was delicious in the past), but if this is the new standard of what a hoagie is, then the name should be changed to sandwich on a roll.

My sandwich looked nothing like their picture. It tasted good, just not enough inside the roll. Considering how much a Primo cost, I was disappointed. To be fair, I’m not a big fan of any Primo but the original on Mole street

Been here a few times before but this last visit was all good up until it came time to pay for my food. I already knew that I had earned $10 off of my purchase from accumulating points from spending and on Wednesdays it’s $3 off as a promotion. Now in the screen there came a point where I was given the option to select either the $10 off or the $3 off but the young lady selected $3 off for me from her end which brung up the total screen indicating the $3 off. I then made her aware that I had the $10 off and that’s what I wanted to use, her response was well you can only choose one as if that was some justification for why she manually made the choice for me. I feel as though it was unprofessional and unacceptable to not at the least inform me that I qualify for the reward or at the very least let me decide if I want to apply it now or later as there is an expiration date on the reward. Anyways, I still tipped them but that particular employee had to...

I am giving it 1 star because I can't give it 0. We ordered several items. The first person taking our order was fine until we saw something that came out of his nose on his face. It was disgusting. Someone else took over for him, when we pointed out he should clean himself up. She was just unfriendly. We get our order from what appeared to be the owner, He was so unpleasant. Seemed to want us out of his store. He should really look at his employees and ask them to clean their nose before taking care of customers. A bit of kindness and friendliness after what we saw, would have been nice. Makes you wonder how clean the place is. The owner helped prep the sandwiches without gloves. The whole experience was just bad. We ended up eating...

My review has been long overdue. I now have custody of my little cousins amber and vincent for for 3 years now who always remember when they lived with their father on clearfield street and went many nights without food and necessesities, and your deli would make sure they could eat. They even just told me last night again how Primos always looked out and if it wasnt for you guys, they would starve. They even told me how you would give the school supplies and winter coats. What you have done for these kids is the greatest thing in the world and for that, you are the best deli i have ever been to. Your kindness to them will never be forgotten....
