I’m not from around here, but I’ve had a few other Philly Cheesesteaks over the years. One just earlier in the day; but nothing has ever come close to what I had from Quig’s! Adam the owner went way out of his way to make us feel welcome and treated us like locals. He offered me a piece of pizza and it was so good, but hands down, the cheesesteak is, The. Best. Ever! Don’t waste your time on tourist traps with bright lights and big prices. The help there is exactly the that, helpful. I asked Eliza how she gets her cheesesteak and I’m so glad I did. The combination of onions, peppers, cheese and the meet with a great roll - “wow” is the only word l ft to describe it. I hope to get back to Philly one day to visit Independence Hall, and when I do, I’m bringing the family to Quig’s Pizza. Thanks Adam, you not only changed my appreciation for what a cheesesteak can be, your kindness has helped me see Philadelphia in new light. I’ll no longer be able to call it the city of brotherly shove! Really, if you want the best cheesesteak in Philadelphia at a killer price find your way to Quig’s Pizza!

Quig's Pizza Steaks & Hoagie's is a must-visit establishment for anyone craving authentic Philadelphia flavors. Their cheesesteaks are a true delight, with tender, thinly sliced steak smothered in gooey cheese and served on fresh rolls. The hoagies are equally impressive, packed with high-quality ingredients that burst with flavor. The friendly staff adds to the welcoming atmosphere, making you feel like a regular from the moment you walk in. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Quig's is the place to experience the best of Philly's culinary tradition. Don't miss out on this delicious slice of the city's food culture!

Young lady who answers phone is always pleasant , professional and happy to take your order , it’s refreshing to speak with someone who you can tell appreciates your business. Ordered from here for years, but never again. Placed an order for delivery at 6:00. Was told it would be about 45 mins. An hour later called to check on my order. I was told by the girl who answered the phone that it's on it's way and should be there soon. 20 mins later, I called again because it sill hadn't arrived. She said the driver has multiple deliveries and should be there soon. At 7:45, I called back and asked to speak to a manager. Adam got on the phone and I told him I was originally told 45 mins for my food to be cooked AND delivered and we are now 45 mins after I first called to find out where it was and was told it was on its way, that I still didn't have my food. He told me there is more than one Quig's and that I probably called the Hatboro location. I assured him I didn't and that each time I called, the girl who answered the phone asked for my address and assured me it was on it's way. He then checked and said they didn't have a delivery slip for my address. I told him forget it that I don't even want the food anymore. The girl somehow gets back on the phone and as I was talking and expressing my disappointment, she hangs up on me. I called back to say you must have accidentally disconnected me, and I hear her say "it's her again". Another girl in the background asked for the phone number and I hear her say "that's been ready for awhile". She then gets on the phone to say it was marked as a "pickup". As I was saying, each time I called and was asked for my address, why did the girl just tell me it was on the way without actually checking. Dead silence on the phone - she hung up on me as well. No call back from a manager or anything to apologize or to try to make things right - VERY POOR customer service and even...

my family and i have been ordering from them since they were RNL and now Quigs. We are waiting for our kitchen to get re done and have no oven so we order from them two times a day (lunch and dinner) we never call about the little things that have been wrong when we order from them but now they raised their prices we should have perfect service and food which we don't. they got new rolls for their hoagies, now they have seeds on them and it makes you not want to even eat it at all. the chicken lunch specials that we usually love. the chicken is usually over cooked to where we have to ask if they can not over cook it, but they still do anyways. 9 out of 10 times they NEVER have milkshakes they are waiting to get them in? also the fries are so brown they look like the are the pieces from the bottom of what has already been cooked. when you call to order your food they are always rude and rush you off the phone. everything there has changed and not for the better. today was my very last order because today i had missing stuff and the cook yelled in the back that they put it in in the bags. i'm also very tried of water down ketchup. the only thing i will give them credit for is they do have very good pizza but not for their very...
