Quick service and friendly staff. Easy to order and lots of choices. The staff showed me the size differences between the water ice cups. Like that there’s calorie count on the ordering menu. The sugar free tangerine was delicious and the mango gelati was tasty as well. Definitely put a lid on them if you are travelling somewhere and you can’t eat it right away. The soft pretzels looks great too! Easy to park and place your order at the window. Maybe Rita’s should start drive...

I visited this Rita’s to purchase 17 gift cards…yes, 17. And I was serviced by two wonderfully kind and patient ladies, Maria and Kesia. They scanned, and provided each gift card with a receipt. I then purchased as water ice from Abby’s window who was also kind and was assisted by another young lady with glasses(I didn’t catch her name!). I will certainly be back....

Madlen is the worst gurl ever, so rude, the worst customer service, she turn off machines while my wife and I were waiting in the line and she claimed they closed even it was not 10 o’clock yet, when gently asked her why you did that, she yelled at me, negative review is not enough, i should call manager tomorrow to get at least an apology, I drove 40 min...
