Rock N Rolls (Food Truck 12th & Montgomery) — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Ordered Boneless wings and mozzarella sticks, after a 1 hour and 10 minute wait I asked about my order and it apparently still hadn't been started. I spoke with a counter person for food nest who was, of course, rude, and I asked for the order to be canceled. They said fine, and that I would be refunded in 3-5 business days. I ordered on 4/20/24 and it's now 5/2/24. Not to mention that they didn't process the order until 2 days later and STILL processed it anyway even though I had canceled. Will never order from this place or food nest again. Opened a dispute with by bank that could take 90 days. Do better.

Edit: Called a week ago to complain that I still haven't been given my refund 5/7/24 was told to text my info over and they'd process the refund ASAP. It's now 5/15/24 and still nothing.

As of 5/20 they're making up a false story that claims I got the food when I should have when I didn't receive anything. I was given the option to cancel by the front desk employee as per him my order hadn't been started. Made me late to work with nothing to to eat that day and took my money. I'll be stopping in one day soon to sort this out in person. I have text messages from Rock n Rolls that proves they are lying anyway. 1 from when the order was placed. 1 from the cancelation well over an hour later and about 30 minutes behind when it should've been finished. And 1 from when they completed the order about 20 minutes after...

If I can give this review 0 stars I would the first problem I had with this establishment was the front entrance it's not the entrance you have to go around this back little block with all the bobwires it was the worst Walking into the establishment there was no one there to greet you or to give you information on how to get your food has to figure it out myself Once I got my food and got home to try to enjoy myself I was highly disappointed when I opened it up and seen them all scattered around in the platter cheese sauce with dry parsley on my fries I didn't understand and then as I started trying each flavor I was still disappointed from the same jerk chicken that was nothing but spice and dry chicken the salmon roll tastes like freezer burn with absolutely no flavor at all just the sauce the Philly cheesesteak wasn't even steak but was ground beef all in all like I said if I can give this 0 stars I...

The delivery was never picked up. I picked up my own food 30 minutes past the scheduled time. OF COURSE the food was cold. They never made contact with me. I had to find them. They forgot 1 of my sauces that I paid for. They gave me a wrong sauce that I paid for. I have to call Door Dash to have the delivery refunded even though I ordered directly from their site. The veggie rolls were average at best.. The Sweet chilli Salmon was ok. Really, just ok. The Chicken Cheesesteak rolls were good. I dipped mine in bbq sauce I had in house. They didn't give me any (see point 4). Customer service was so-so. I should not have to find you about my food that you said is just sitting. Communication goes a very long way. They built a tip into the price of my food. NEVER AGAIN.

TO BE FAIR the food may have tasted better to me had it been hot. Not microwave hot if that...
